【摘要】：組織政治是影響員工職業(yè)生涯成功的重要因素之一,但目前很少有學者進行這方面的實證研究,文章實證分析了我國企業(yè)中組織政治行為對員工職業(yè)生涯成功的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)不同的政治行為對員工職業(yè)生涯有著不同的影響,柔性政治行為(討好)有助于員工職業(yè)生涯成功,中性政治行為(自我宣傳)和硬性政治行為(利益交換)不利于員工職業(yè)生涯成功。這些結(jié)論對員工職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃有一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:Organizational politics is one of the important factors that affect the success of employees' career. This paper empirically analyzes the influence of organizational political behavior on the success of employees' career in Chinese enterprises, and finds that different political behaviors have different effects on employees' career. Soft political behavior contributes to the success of the employee's career. Neutral political behavior (self-propaganda) and rigid political behavior (exchange of interests) are not conducive to the success of the employee's career. These conclusions have certain guiding significance for the employee's career planning.
