【摘要】：現(xiàn)行黨委、人大、政府、軍隊(duì)的公文管理規(guī)定,均未將計(jì)劃和總結(jié)列入法定文種范圍,而計(jì)劃和總結(jié)實(shí)際是前四類機(jī)關(guān)工作使用的主要和重要文種,具備入選法定文種的條件。兩文種的未入選,使公文管理規(guī)定與實(shí)際存在一定不符,它雖未對兩文種的使用產(chǎn)生大礙,但不合邏輯,且影響多數(shù)人對兩文種重要性的認(rèn)識,所以,應(yīng)修訂現(xiàn)有公文管理規(guī)定,將兩文種列入法定文種范圍。
[Abstract]:The current regulations on the management of official documents by party committees, people's congresses, governments and the armed forces do not include plans and summaries in the scope of statutory languages, and planning and summing up are in fact the main and important languages used in the work of the first four types of organs. Having the conditions for being elected to the official languages. The failure of the two languages to be selected makes the regulations on the management of official documents not in accordance with the actual situation. Although it does not pose a major hindrance to the use of the two languages, it is illogical and affects the understanding of the importance of the two languages by most people. Therefore, the existing document management regulations should be revised to include the two languages in the scope of statutory languages.
