默會(huì)知識(shí)研究的緣起、困惑與出路

【摘要】:默會(huì)知識(shí)是組織與管理研究領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)核心概念,但相關(guān)理論在過去20多年間并未取得太大的實(shí)質(zhì)性進(jìn)展,尤其是在概念的操作化層面進(jìn)展甚微。本文首先簡要回顧了默會(huì)知識(shí)在組織與管理研究中興起的背景;繼而分別從四個(gè)方面歸納了默會(huì)知識(shí)的內(nèi)涵屬性和理論研究中存在的主要困境;最后借鑒認(rèn)知心理學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究成果,建議采用陳述性知識(shí)和程序性知識(shí)的分類方法來研究組織中的知識(shí)問題,并建議采用因果地圖技術(shù)來誘發(fā)和捕獲組織或組織中個(gè)體所擁有的高度情境依賴的、因果模糊的程序性知識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Tacit knowledge is a core concept in the field of organization and management research, but the related theories have not made much substantial progress in the past 20 years. In particular, little progress has been made on the operational level of the concept. Firstly, this paper briefly reviews the background of the rise of tacit knowledge in the research of organization and management. Then it concludes the connotative attributes of tacit knowledge and the main difficulties in theoretical research from four aspects. Finally, it draws lessons from the research results in the field of cognitive psychology. It is recommended that the classification of declarative and procedural knowledge be used to study knowledge problems in an organization, and that causal maps be used to induce and capture highly contextual dependencies owned by individuals in an organization or organization.
