【摘要】：學(xué)術(shù)界普遍將路徑依賴看做是導(dǎo)致組織的環(huán)境響應(yīng)能力缺失的內(nèi)在根源,但對(duì)于組織中的路徑是如何發(fā)生依賴的并沒(méi)有太多的認(rèn)識(shí)。本文借助于發(fā)生學(xué)的理論視角將路徑生成誘致路徑依賴的全過(guò)程解構(gòu)為決策和行動(dòng)的準(zhǔn)程式化階段、構(gòu)型階段以及鎖定階段,分析并剖析了三階段內(nèi)部特征以及路徑從生成到鎖定的演化機(jī)制,在此基礎(chǔ)上最后提出了破解路徑依賴的管理對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The academic community generally regards path dependence as the internal cause of the lack of environmental responsiveness of an organization. However, there is not much understanding of how path dependence occurs in an organization. In this paper, the whole process of path generation induced path dependence is deconstructed into a quasi-formulaic stage of decision-making and action with the help of the theory of genesis. In the configuration phase and the locking stage, the internal characteristics of the three stages and the evolution mechanism of the path from generation to lock are analyzed and analyzed. Finally, the management countermeasures for solving the path dependence are proposed.
