團(tuán)隊(duì)斷裂帶:團(tuán)隊(duì)多樣性研究的新視角——從單一指標(biāo)到多重指標(biāo)

【摘要】:團(tuán)隊(duì)斷裂帶是指團(tuán)隊(duì)基于多種團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)成特征而分化為幾個(gè)具有本身同質(zhì)、彼此異質(zhì)的差異性子團(tuán)隊(duì)的"虛擬的分割線"。本研究從構(gòu)成、狀態(tài)、測(cè)量及作用機(jī)理方面闡述了團(tuán)隊(duì)斷裂帶最新的研究進(jìn)程及結(jié)果,并在此基礎(chǔ)上建構(gòu)了團(tuán)隊(duì)斷裂帶的研究框架。最后總結(jié)未來(lái)的研究應(yīng)當(dāng)在團(tuán)隊(duì)斷裂帶的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制、團(tuán)隊(duì)成員退出加入的動(dòng)態(tài)機(jī)制、社會(huì)分類(lèi)斷裂帶和信息相關(guān)斷裂帶的交互作用及團(tuán)隊(duì)情境對(duì)斷裂帶的影響等方面做進(jìn)一步的探索。
[Abstract]:Team fracture zone refers to the "virtual split-line" of the team which is divided into several different sub-teams with their own homogeneity and heterogeneity based on the characteristics of multiple team composition. The latest research process and results of team fault zone are described in terms of measurement and mechanism of action. Based on this, the research framework of team fault zone is constructed. Finally, the future research should be based on the regulation mechanism of team fault zone. The dynamic mechanism of the withdrawal of team members, the interaction between the social classification fault zone and the information related fault zone, and the effect of the team situation on the fault zone are further explored.
