【摘要】：該文通過對績效技術(shù)領(lǐng)域中的變革管理的論述,提出變革管理是績效技術(shù)在組織實(shí)施中的成敗關(guān)鍵的這個(gè)命題,然后對績效改進(jìn)中變革管理的四個(gè)基本因素展開分析,最后從變革的視角解構(gòu)了績效技術(shù)模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了"績效技術(shù)變革觀"。
[Abstract]:Based on the discussion of change management in the field of performance technology, this paper puts forward that change management is the key to the success or failure of performance technology in organizational implementation, and then analyzes the four basic factors of change management in performance improvement. Finally, the model of performance technology is deconstructed from the perspective of change, and on this basis, the concept of performance technology change is put forward.
