【摘要】:基于組織的時間維度和空間維度,在國內(nèi)外首次構(gòu)建了組織的時空發(fā)展模型。組織在時空維度的發(fā)展過程中會面臨環(huán)境的變化,根據(jù)環(huán)境變化的可預(yù)測和不可預(yù)測兩個維度,將組織面臨的環(huán)境變化類型劃分為4種,從而構(gòu)建了組織在不同環(huán)境變化類型下的學(xué)習(xí)模型,提出了組織在時空發(fā)展過程中應(yīng)對環(huán)境的變化時可以采取的3種學(xué)習(xí)模式。然后,根據(jù)不同組織學(xué)習(xí)能力和智慧半徑的差異,構(gòu)建了組織的學(xué)習(xí)能力/智慧半徑模型,探究了其與組織學(xué)習(xí)模式選擇之間的關(guān)系。此外,還基于組織發(fā)展的時間和組織價值兩個維度構(gòu)建了組織學(xué)習(xí)的成效模型,將組織學(xué)習(xí)的成效分為4類模型。最后,通過整合上述4類模型,建立了面向時空發(fā)展的組織學(xué)習(xí)理論模型,進一步豐富和拓展了組織學(xué)習(xí)理論,對更好地推動組織學(xué)習(xí)實踐具有重要指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the time and space dimensions of the organization, the spatio-temporal development model of the organization is constructed for the first time at home and abroad. In the process of the development of the spatio-temporal dimension, the organization will face the changes of the environment, according to the predictable and unpredictable dimensions of the environmental change. In this paper, the organization is divided into 4 kinds of environmental change types, and then the learning model of organization under different environmental change types is constructed, and three kinds of learning models can be adopted when the organization is coping with the change of environment in the process of space-time development. According to the difference of learning ability and wisdom radius of different organizations, the model of learning ability and wisdom radius of organization is constructed, and the relationship between learning ability and choice of organizational learning model is explored. Based on the two dimensions of organizational development time and organizational value, the effectiveness model of organizational learning is constructed, and the effectiveness of organizational learning is divided into four kinds of models. An organizational learning theory model oriented to the development of time and space is established, which further enriches and expands the organizational learning theory, and has important guiding significance for the better promotion of organizational learning practice.
