【摘要】：根據DAMANPOUR等的研究建議,結合對企業(yè)典型管理創(chuàng)新的實地調研,提出了管理創(chuàng)新的分類體系,并對內外部取向管理創(chuàng)新的內涵進行了界定;選擇外部取向管理創(chuàng)新作為研究對象,分析了其模式的生成過程和特征。在此基礎上提出了一個企業(yè)家個體決策、企業(yè)家-組織過渡、組織創(chuàng)新行為3個層面的研究框架,分析了每個層面的研究內容,并進行了相應的研究方法設計;使用大連亨利測控儀表工程有限公司的戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新案例對理論框架進行了初驗,試圖以此解讀外部取向管理創(chuàng)新模式的生成過程及其機理,為提高我國企業(yè)管理創(chuàng)新的成功率提供理論指導。
[Abstract]:According to the research suggestions of DAMANPOUR, combined with the field investigation of typical management innovation of enterprises, this paper puts forward the classification system of management innovation, and defines the connotation of internal and external orientation management innovation. This paper chooses the external orientation management innovation as the research object, analyzes the forming process and characteristics of its mode, and then puts forward an entrepreneur individual decision making, entrepreneur-organization transition. The research framework of three levels of organizational innovation behavior, analyzed the research content of each level, and carried on the corresponding research method design; By using the case of strategic innovation of Dalian Henry Measurement and Control instrument Engineering Co., Ltd, this paper makes an initial test of the theoretical framework, and tries to interpret the forming process and mechanism of the external oriented management innovation mode. To improve the success rate of management innovation in China to provide theoretical guidance.
