【摘要】：構建具有中國特色的新型智庫競爭力評價指標體系,引導和推動智庫建設健康發(fā)展,切實提高我國智庫的國際競爭力,方能走出一條與大國地位相匹配的強庫之路。在前人研究智庫指標的成果基礎上,經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)深入的歸納和篩選,整合出科研及其管理、人才隊伍建設、智庫影響力等12項指標,以此形成體現(xiàn)智庫實力的指標項目清單。在此基礎上,挑選出得票數(shù)比率超過20%的7項指標,遵循指標設計四項基本原則,采用切實可行的網(wǎng)絡問卷調查法和科學合理的評價流程,構建出智庫競爭力評價指標體系的模型。
[Abstract]:Construction of evaluation index system of competitiveness with the characteristics of the new think tank Chinese, guide and promote the healthy development of the construction of tanks, and effectively improve the international competitiveness of China's think tank, in order to get out of a strong base and power matching position of the road. On the basis of previous research results, indicators, after induction and screening system deeply. The integration of scientific research and management, talent team construction, 12 indicators of influence so as to form a think tank, think tank strength of the project reflects index list. On this basis, selected 7 indicators of more than 20% of the total votes, four basic principles to follow the design indicators, using feasible network questionnaire and scientific evaluation in the process of building the evaluation index system for the competitiveness model.
