【摘要】：正"主流群體"指的是組織中居于主導(dǎo)或中心地位的一部分人群,他們的決策和行為將直接左右整個(gè)組織的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),是組織存續(xù)、發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)力量。對于組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者而言,能否得到主流群體的認(rèn)同將直接影響其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為實(shí)施的效率和效果。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)對組織中主流群體的有效引導(dǎo),已成為影響組織高效運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵因素之一。因此,我們有必要清晰地了解主流群體形成的基礎(chǔ)和一般機(jī)制,在此基礎(chǔ)上采取更有針對性的措施進(jìn)行引導(dǎo),使主流群體更好地服務(wù)于組織目標(biāo)的最終實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The positive " mainstream group " refers to a group of people who are dominant or central in the organization . Their decision - making and behavior will directly influence the organization ' s operation . It is one of the key factors that affect the organization ' s leadership behavior . How to realize the effective guidance of the mainstream group in the organization will directly affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization ' s efficient operation . Therefore , it is necessary to know clearly the basic and general mechanism of the mainstream group formation , and take more targeted measures to guide the mainstream group , so as to make the mainstream group better serve the ultimate realization of the organization ' s goal .
