【摘要】:管理信息系統(tǒng)是連鎖公司賴以生存和發(fā)展的支柱之一,已被國家經(jīng)貿(mào)委明確列為當(dāng)前提升我國連鎖公司管理水平、深化流通業(yè)改革、建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的關(guān)鍵。因此,加強(qiáng)對(duì)管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究,具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 但是,考察目前關(guān)于管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究成果,主要是把管理信息系統(tǒng)看作是一個(gè)計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng),側(cè)重于技術(shù)方面的研究,并未考慮到企業(yè)里面眾多的非計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)員工,尤其是管理者決策的實(shí)際需要。為了讓連鎖公司的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人和普通員工更好地理解、運(yùn)用管理信息系統(tǒng),使理論更好地指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐,本論文的寫作目標(biāo)是服務(wù)于連鎖公司的非計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)人員,尤其是為管理者在企業(yè)信息化方面的經(jīng)營管理決策提供一個(gè)較為完整和實(shí)用的理論框架。 本論文的基本思路是從連鎖公司的經(jīng)營與管理活動(dòng)對(duì)信息的要求(即信息需求)出發(fā),對(duì)連鎖公司信息需求的內(nèi)容與特點(diǎn)、由信息需求引出的管理信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具備的內(nèi)涵與功能、為實(shí)現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)功能而要求的管理信息系統(tǒng)的基本架構(gòu)、企業(yè)信息化過程中管理信息系統(tǒng)的引入與日常管理等,按照邏輯上的先后順序逐一進(jìn)行分析與介紹。 在文章的創(chuàng)新方面,主要有以下幾點(diǎn): 一、在行文過程中,根據(jù)為連鎖公司管理者提供思路的寫作目標(biāo),未刻意追求理論深度,,而是著力于把經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)的一些理論,如交易成本與企業(yè)邊界理論、人本管理理論等,和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)知識(shí)、一些專家學(xué)者的研究成果、作者兩次去中國連鎖經(jīng)營協(xié)會(huì)調(diào)研的最新資料融為一個(gè)符合一般管理者思考習(xí)慣的邏輯過程。 二、在分析信息需求的內(nèi)容時(shí),結(jié)合直營商業(yè)連鎖公司經(jīng)營活動(dòng)組織方式的特點(diǎn)和對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的貢獻(xiàn)不同,提出直營商業(yè)連鎖公司信息需求的內(nèi)容包括三個(gè)層次:基本管理信息、決策支持信息、增值服務(wù)信息。這種劃分方法也可以應(yīng)用于其他類型的企業(yè)。 三、在分析直營商業(yè)連鎖公司信息需求的特殊性時(shí),根據(jù)該類型連鎖公司的運(yùn)作方式,提出連鎖公司總部是企業(yè)信息的中樞、公司信WP=3息需求的層次性、信息收集與加工主體的多元化等特征。 四、在說明連鎖公司管理信息系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵時(shí),提出管理信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該是一個(gè)包括計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)(或計(jì)算機(jī)信息系統(tǒng))在內(nèi)的,構(gòu)架于管理理論和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)、以計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)為核心的信息技術(shù)和通訊技術(shù)以及企業(yè)組織要素三方面的基礎(chǔ)上,并隨著三方面知識(shí)、技術(shù)和其它相關(guān)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和結(jié)合而不斷發(fā)展的綜合性、動(dòng)態(tài)性的系統(tǒng)。并且強(qiáng)調(diào)了人在管理信息系統(tǒng)中的核心地位。 五、在介紹連鎖公司管理信息系統(tǒng)基本架構(gòu)時(shí),提出一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)模型,即作為一個(gè)多層次系統(tǒng),從里往外依次是連鎖公司員工、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)與制度、管理理論與實(shí)踐,最后環(huán)境因素對(duì)它們有著廣泛的影響。 六、在分析連鎖公司如何導(dǎo)入管理信息系統(tǒng)時(shí),提出導(dǎo)入管理信息系統(tǒng)并不僅僅意味著開發(fā)一個(gè)計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),還要包括企業(yè)管理指導(dǎo)思想、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、規(guī)章制度等方面的改變,因此它在本質(zhì)上是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程。應(yīng)當(dāng)從系統(tǒng)論的觀點(diǎn)出發(fā),運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)工程的方法,按照系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的規(guī)律,科學(xué)地實(shí)施這一過程。從管理者進(jìn)行管理決策的角度,連鎖公司導(dǎo)入管理信息系統(tǒng)可分為三個(gè)階段:導(dǎo)入前的準(zhǔn)備階段、計(jì)算機(jī)信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)階段、管理信息系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行及其日常管理階段。 七、在導(dǎo)入前的準(zhǔn)備階段,建議決策者應(yīng)首先樹立一種理念--成功導(dǎo)入管理信息系統(tǒng)的前提條件是充分、科學(xué)的準(zhǔn)備工作;然后,從下列五個(gè)方面實(shí)施準(zhǔn)備工作:創(chuàng)造環(huán)境、分析企業(yè)信息化需求、進(jìn)行可行性分析、選擇系統(tǒng)開發(fā)方式、選擇導(dǎo)入時(shí)機(jī)。 以上為論文在研究思路和觀點(diǎn)方面的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新,下面按章節(jié)順序介紹論文的主要內(nèi)容及觀點(diǎn)。 第一章是連鎖公司信息需求的內(nèi)容與特點(diǎn)。作者認(rèn)為,信息需求是研究連鎖公司管理信息系統(tǒng)的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和歸宿點(diǎn)。以直營商業(yè)連鎖公司為例,信息需求的內(nèi)容包括三個(gè)層次:基本管理信息、決策支持信息、增值服務(wù)信息;竟芾硇畔⒓慈魏我粋(gè)直營連鎖公司正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)所必需的基礎(chǔ)信息,反映了連鎖公司總部、分店、配送中心之間的業(yè)WP=4務(wù)分工與配合。決策支持信息,即輔助中高層管理者進(jìn)行決策的信息,根據(jù)決策目的和對(duì)基本管理信息加工程度的不同,分為三個(gè)類型:用于提升服務(wù)水平的信息、用于前饋控制的信息、用于擴(kuò)張決策的信息。增值服務(wù)信息指能夠作為信息產(chǎn)品出售的信息,它可以為企業(yè)增加收入、改善產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)。另外,這一章還概括了直營商業(yè)連鎖公司信息需求的通性與特殊性。 第二章是連鎖公司管理信息系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵與功能。第一節(jié)提出了作者對(duì)管理信息系統(tǒng)的定義;第二節(jié)從技術(shù)和作為經(jīng)營管理的手段兩個(gè)角度對(duì)管理信息系統(tǒng)為滿足前述信息需求應(yīng)具備的內(nèi)涵與功能進(jìn)行了說明;第三節(jié)根據(jù)作者對(duì)一些連鎖公司管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)案例的調(diào)研,總結(jié)了當(dāng)前我國連鎖公司管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中的幾個(gè)認(rèn)識(shí)誤區(qū)。 第三章是連鎖公司管理信息系統(tǒng)基本架構(gòu)。在前兩章的基礎(chǔ)上,本章提出了管理信息系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)模型,然后對(duì)各種類型的連鎖公司管理信息系統(tǒng)中的共同部分--計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng),分總部、連鎖分店、配送中心三塊進(jìn)行了介紹。這一章涉及到較多的計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)術(shù)語。 第四章是連鎖公司如何導(dǎo)入管理信息系統(tǒng)。這一部分是整個(gè)論文的重點(diǎn)。從管理者決策的
[Abstract]:Management information system is one of the pillars of the chain corporation's survival and development, has been the State Economic and Trade Commission clearly in order to enhance our management level of the chain corporation, deepen the reform of circulation industry, the key to establish the modern enterprise system. Therefore, strengthening the research of management information system, is of great practical significance.
However, a review of the current management information system research, mainly to the management information system is a computer system, the research focuses on the technical aspect, does not take into account the non computer professional staff inside the enterprise many, especially the actual needs of management decision-making. In order to let the leaders of the chain corporation and employees better understand and the application of the management information system, make the theory guiding practice better, this thesis aims to non computer professionals in the service of chain corporation, especially for managers to provide a complete and practical theory in the framework of enterprise information business management decision.
The basic idea of this paper is the request for information from the chain corporation's management activities (i.e. information needs) of the content and features of the chain corporation's information needs, the connotation and function of management information system introduced by the demand of information should have, for the realization of various functions and the management information system requirements of the basic architecture, introduction of management the information system in the process of enterprise informatization and daily management, in accordance with the order of logic are analyzed and introduced.
In the aspect of the innovation of the article, the following are the following points:

The first chapter is the content and characteristics of chain corporation information needs. The author thinks that the information demand is the starting point of the chain corporation management information system and the end point. The third chapter is the basic structure of chain corporation management information system.
