【摘要】：一般公文應(yīng)在正文之后署發(fā)文機(jī)關(guān)名稱,并在其上加蓋印章。署會(huì)議名稱的一些公文無(wú)相應(yīng)印章可蓋和受傳統(tǒng)規(guī)范格式限制的會(huì)議紀(jì)要無(wú)發(fā)文機(jī)關(guān)署名沒(méi)有蓋印,但仍受人信任。有特定發(fā)文機(jī)關(guān)標(biāo)志的某些普發(fā)性公文因有蓋印不便而未蓋印,由于其普發(fā),使需執(zhí)行的機(jī)關(guān)均有,可據(jù)以辨明造假公文的真?zhèn)巍髡骐妶?bào)因其為事先聯(lián)系好后點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)發(fā)送,即使不蓋印,也不存在真實(shí)性受質(zhì)疑問(wèn)題。
