Abstract:Withtheevolutionoftheintroduction,assimilation,andautonomousdevelopmentofmanagementscienceinChina,increasing-lyimportancehasbeenattachedtothemeta-studyofmanagementscience,ofwhichitsgenerality,communality,anduniversalityarediscussed.Thereby,asolidfoundationisalreadylaidfortheestablishmentofmanagementsciencestudies.Themainresearchcontentsofthisdisciplineincludetheresearchobjects,disciplineorientation,evolutiontrend,theoreticalbasis,methodology,disciplinarystructure,andtheeducation&teachingofmanagementscience.Inordertobetterpromotethesustainableadvanceofmanagementsciencestudiesdomestically,thestrategiesofbi-directionalseparation&reunionboosting,vertical-guidingdeepeningandresearchteamexpandingshouldbeenforcedinfuture.

Abstract:Withfeedbackmechanismineconomiccyberneticsandoptimaldynamicplanning,wedesignanfeedbacksystemincludingtechnologystructureandeconomicdevelopment,andcalculatethebestresponseoftechnologystructureadjustmenttotheimpulseofcontrolvariables.UnderthemechanismwestudyGansuduringtheperiodof1978-2007.Theempiricalstudyarguesthat,first,tech-nologystructureofGansuindustrysectorseverelydeviatesfromtheoptimalpath;second,intheconditionofbiasedtechnologystruc-ture,weanalyzerelationbetweentechnologystructureandeconomicdevelopmentmeasuredwithimpulseresponse.Theresultssuggestthatbecauseofthenegativerelationbetweenincreasingtechnologystructureandeconomicdevelopment,negativefeedbackinaclosed-loopcontrolsystemmayhelpoptimizingthesystem.Finally,optimalpath,webringforwardsomesuggestions.
