深基坑工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:深基坑是一項(xiàng)涉及多門學(xué)科、諸多方面的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)工程,稍有不慎可能會(huì)造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和社會(huì)影響。近年來(lái),隨著城市建設(shè)的高速發(fā)展,深基坑工程不斷涌現(xiàn);屢屢發(fā)生事故引起了人們高度重視。因此,如何減少深基坑工程事故發(fā)生的頻率和損失成為亟待研究的課題。 本文首先簡(jiǎn)述了深基坑工程的特點(diǎn);對(duì)近年來(lái)發(fā)生的深基坑工程事故統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,查找出事故發(fā)生的原因;同時(shí)介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的基本理論。其次對(duì)深基坑工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過(guò)程進(jìn)行深入探討;利用目前建筑工程組織與管理的模式和經(jīng)驗(yàn),,深入實(shí)務(wù)管理層面對(duì)深基坑工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行管理。最后結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,從宏觀和微觀兩方面對(duì)深基坑工程進(jìn)行深入分析,采用專家調(diào)查法和分解分析法識(shí)別工程中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),選擇層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估并采取相應(yīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施。同時(shí),通過(guò)深基坑變形監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)繪制累計(jì)水平位移與時(shí)間的變化曲線,并結(jié)合工況和所處自然環(huán)境找出基坑變形的主要原因并制定控制變形的措施。 深基坑是一項(xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大的工程,對(duì)其進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理具有一定現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文提出了一些關(guān)于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)實(shí)務(wù)管理和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方面的見(jiàn)解,為深基坑工程管理人員認(rèn)識(shí)、分析和應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提供了一種思路,同時(shí)也促進(jìn)了深基坑工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理思想的推廣。
[Abstract]:Deep foundation pit is a complex system engineering involving many disciplines and many aspects. A little carelessness may cause huge economic loss and social impact. In recent years, with the rapid development of urban construction. The deep foundation pit engineering emerges continuously; The frequent occurrence of accidents has aroused great attention. Therefore, how to reduce the frequency and loss of deep foundation pit accidents has become an urgent research topic. In this paper, the characteristics of deep foundation pit engineering are introduced. Based on the statistical analysis of the accidents of deep foundation pit in recent years, the causes of the accidents are found out. At the same time, the basic theory of risk management is introduced. Secondly, the risk management process of deep foundation pit engineering is deeply discussed. Based on the current mode and experience of construction engineering organization and management, the management of deep foundation pit project is deeply managed. Finally, an engineering example is given. The deep foundation pit engineering is deeply analyzed from macro and micro aspects, and the risk of deep foundation pit engineering is identified by expert investigation method and decomposition analysis method. AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are selected to evaluate the engineering risk and the corresponding risk control measures are taken. At the same time, the cumulative horizontal displacement and time variation curves are drawn through the deformation monitoring data of deep foundation pit. Combined with the working conditions and the natural environment, the main causes of foundation pit deformation are found out and the measures to control the deformation are made. Deep foundation pit is a risky project, it has certain practical significance to carry out risk management. This paper puts forward some opinions on risk management and risk assessment. It provides a way for the managers to understand, analyze and deal with the risks, and also promotes the promotion of risk management in deep foundation pit engineering.
