文章摘要：目的了解ICU護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理影響因素及其程度，為實(shí)施前瞻性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供決策支持。方法采用便利抽樣法．選取本市5所三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院230名ICU護(hù)士作為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)ICU護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理影響因素進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果ICU護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理受護(hù)士因素、系統(tǒng)因素、協(xié)作因素三大項(xiàng)9個(gè)因素的影響。各因素的影響力依次為護(hù)士的核心能力、基本素質(zhì)、規(guī)章制度、組織管理、護(hù)理服務(wù)、協(xié)作配合、醫(yī)療因素、患者因素、支持系統(tǒng)。結(jié)論影響ICU護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的各因素關(guān)系密切、相互依存，提示管理者應(yīng)組建一支以學(xué)術(shù)帶動(dòng)為引領(lǐng)的�？苹L(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范隊(duì)伍，建立一套以制度規(guī)范為支撐的信息化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警機(jī)制，構(gòu)建一個(gè)醫(yī)護(hù)患和諧共生為模式的一體化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制共同體，，最大限度地降低或規(guī)避ICU護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件的發(fā)生。

Abstr：Objective To investigate influencing factors of nursing risks in the intensive care unit（ICU） and pro-vide reference for prospective risk management. Methods Totally 230 ICU nurses were recruited from 5 tertiary level first class hospitals by convenience sampling method. They were investigated with a self-designed question-naire about the influencing factors of nursing risks in ICU. Results Nine significant factors were identified as the influencing factors of nursing risks in ICU,including nurses＇ core competency,professional quantity,regulations, organization and management,nursing services,team work,medical factors,patients factors and supporting system. Conclusions The interaction of various nursing risk factors indicates that managers should establish a research-led professional risk prevention team,formulate an informatics-based risk alarm system,and construct a harmony medical-patient risk control system to minimize the incidence of ICU nursing risks.
