【摘要】：隨著城市化的加速,城市面臨著向外無規(guī)則的蔓延式擴(kuò)張,規(guī)劃師以及政府做出的相關(guān)政策對空間結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的引導(dǎo)作用顯得越來越重要。因此,關(guān)于研究城市空間的理論成為學(xué)術(shù)界尤其是規(guī)劃界研究的熱點。 空間句法理論不僅首次將“空間”作為人類運動的內(nèi)在屬性,擺脫了通過研究建筑形式、經(jīng)濟(jì)文化等其它要素來研究空間的研究方式,彌補(bǔ)了傳統(tǒng)空間研究理論的不足；而且空間句法能夠?qū)臻g進(jìn)行定性和定量分析,得出科學(xué)的、精準(zhǔn)的結(jié)論。 空間句法的基本思想是對空間進(jìn)行尺度劃分和空間分割,因此本文運用空間句法對空間進(jìn)行分割進(jìn)而構(gòu)建哈爾濱2004年和2011年兩個總體規(guī)劃方案的軸線地圖,從定性和定量兩個方面分析城市空間的全局集成核、局部集成度和空間智能度,得出相應(yīng)句法分析結(jié)果。然后通過對比分析結(jié)果和相應(yīng)規(guī)劃的目標(biāo),檢驗總體規(guī)劃與目標(biāo)的差距；通過對比2004年和2011年的全局集成核、局部集成度、空間智能度的變化,分析中心城區(qū)的發(fā)展情況并比較兩期規(guī)劃的合理性；通過對比哈爾濱中心城區(qū)的演變發(fā)展與兩期規(guī)劃演變發(fā)展之間的變化,驗證空間句法的適用性。綜合對比分析結(jié)果,總結(jié)哈爾濱中心城區(qū)空間集成核的發(fā)展趨勢以及空間智能度的變化,概括提煉城市空間特色,提出適合哈爾濱市發(fā)展的城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)以及中心城區(qū)城市空間的發(fā)展重點和策略,為實現(xiàn)哈爾濱城市空間的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供全新角度的思考,為今后的城市發(fā)展建設(shè)、規(guī)劃管理與決策提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, cities are facing a sprawl of sprawl, and the guiding role of planners and government policies in the development of spatial structure is becoming more and more important.Therefore, the theory of studying urban space has become a hot spot in academic circles, especially in the field of planning.The theory of space syntax not only regards "space" as the intrinsic attribute of human movement for the first time, but also gets rid of the way of studying space by studying other elements, such as architectural form, economy and culture, and makes up for the deficiency of traditional space research theory.Furthermore, spatial syntax can make qualitative and quantitative analysis of space and draw scientific and accurate conclusions.The basic idea of space syntax is to divide and divide space, so this paper uses space syntax to divide space and construct the axis map of two general planning schemes of Harbin in 2004 and 2011.The global integration kernel, local integration degree and spatial intelligence degree of urban space are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and the corresponding syntactic analysis results are obtained.Then, the gap between the overall planning and the target is tested by comparing the results of the analysis and the target of the corresponding planning, and the changes of the global integrated core, the local integration and the spatial intelligence in 2004 and 2011 are compared.This paper analyzes the development of the central urban area and compares the rationality of the two stages of planning, and verifies the applicability of spatial syntax by comparing the changes between the evolution and development of Harbin central urban area and between the evolution and development of the two stages of planning.In this paper, the development trend of spatial integration core and the change of spatial intelligence in Harbin central urban area are summarized, and the characteristics of urban space are summarized and refined.This paper puts forward the urban spatial structure suitable for the development of Harbin and the key points and strategies of urban space development in central urban area, which provides a new perspective for the sustainable development of urban space in Harbin, and for the urban development and construction in the future.Planning management and decision-making to provide reference.
