壓縮疲勞作用對鋼筋銹蝕臨界氯離子濃度的影響

【摘要】:采用0.8的應(yīng)力水平對Q235鋼筋進(jìn)行壓縮疲勞試驗(yàn),然后將受到不同疲勞次數(shù)作用的鋼筋置于飽和Ca(OH)2溶液中,采用階梯逐級(jí)添加方式加入NaCl溶液,通過自腐蝕電位Ecorr和由電化學(xué)阻抗譜(EIS)所測得的腐蝕電流Icorr判定導(dǎo)致鋼筋銹蝕的臨界氯離子濃度(CTV),并利用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)研究疲勞作用引起的鋼筋顯微組織變化.結(jié)果表明:在一定的應(yīng)力水平和疲勞次數(shù)范圍內(nèi)CTV呈現(xiàn)先增后減趨勢;壓縮疲勞作用下,EIS圖譜中鋼筋容抗弧半徑的變化無明顯規(guī)律,而未經(jīng)壓縮疲勞作用的鋼筋容抗弧隨Cl-添加量的增加而單調(diào)遞減.
[Abstract]:The compressive fatigue test of Q235 steel bar was carried out at the stress level of 0.8, then the steel bar subjected to different fatigue times was placed in saturated Ca(OH)2 solution, and the NaCl solution was added step by step by step by step. The corrosion current (Icorr) measured by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and self-corrosion potential (Ecorr) were used to determine the critical concentration of chloride ions leading to the corrosion of steel bars. The microstructure of steel bars induced by fatigue was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that CTV increases first and then decreases in a certain range of stress levels and fatigue times. Under compression fatigue, there is no obvious rule for the change of the arc radius of steel bar capacitive impedance in the EIS diagram, but the capacitance arc of the steel bar without compressive fatigue decreases monotonously with the increase of Cl-added content.
