摘要：

我國迅速發(fā)展的城市面臨著人口的迅速增加，資源和環(huán)境的急劇惡化，經濟發(fā)展的轉型和城市運行、管理、服務的滯后，為城市發(fā)展帶來了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。自從2010年以來，我國許多城市相繼制訂了智慧城市建設方案，，為城市可持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展探索新的發(fā)展理念和模式。本文通過理清智慧城市建設思想的起源與特征，闡述了智慧城市建設的技術基礎及其應用，比較了我國28個智慧城市建設起步階段的成效，提出了我國智慧城市建設目前需要解決的關鍵問題以及未來發(fā)展的目標和方向。

Abstract： 

China is facing with rapid population growth, deterioration of environment, in- sufficient urban management due to fast urban development. Many Chinese cities has their own smart city plans to achieve sustainability, stability, vitality and prosperity. The paper clarifies the concept and characteristics of smart cities, analyzes the technical foundation and application of smart city construction, and compares the preliminary effects of 28 smart cities in China to provide guidance for future development.
