【摘要】：正為了解地方財(cái)政總預(yù)算會(huì)計(jì)工作情況,規(guī)范財(cái)政總預(yù)算會(huì)計(jì)核算管理,提升財(cái)政總預(yù)算會(huì)計(jì)核算管理水平,在財(cái)稅體制改革和財(cái)政國庫管理制度改革進(jìn)程中切實(shí)發(fā)揮財(cái)政總預(yù)算會(huì)計(jì)的職能作用,財(cái)政部國庫司調(diào)研小組于2016年年底對2個(gè)省本級、5個(gè)地級市、2個(gè)縣開展了地方財(cái)政總預(yù)算會(huì)計(jì)核算管理情況專題實(shí)地調(diào)研。本次重點(diǎn)調(diào)研了以下情況:一是新修訂的《財(cái)政總預(yù)算會(huì)計(jì)制度》(下稱新制度)落實(shí)情況,二是收回財(cái)政存量資金總預(yù)算會(huì)計(jì)核算情況,三
