文章摘要：文章采用問卷調(diào)查法、歷史資料分析法和產(chǎn)業(yè)推理法,探討廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)背景下南寧、北海、防城港、欽州4城市企業(yè)對工商管理專業(yè)人才需求的新特征,提出了工商管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的對策建議：實(shí)施＂教育復(fù)合化戰(zhàn)略＂,走＂內(nèi)涵式＂和＂外延式＂相結(jié)合的道路;實(shí)行＂模塊化教學(xué)＂,加大＂第三產(chǎn)業(yè)型＂工商管理人才培養(yǎng);實(shí)施人才培養(yǎng)層次結(jié)構(gòu)升級戰(zhàn)略。

Abstr：Using the method of questionnaire survey,historical data analysis and industrial inference,the paper discusses the new demand characteristic of business administration professionals in four cities,namely Nanning,Beihai,Fangchenggang and Qinzhou under the background of Guangxi BeiBu-Gulf Economic Zone,bringing up the talent training measure of business administration：executing the ＂educational compound strategy,＂ taking the road of the connotation and extension unite;executing the modular education,increasing the talent training of business administration in the third industrial;implementing the upgrading strategies of talent training hierarchical structure.
