【摘要】：從19世紀(jì)末工業(yè)革命前的傳統(tǒng)質(zhì)量管理發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的精益六西格瑪質(zhì)量管理,質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)歷了漫長的發(fā)展歷程,而它的范圍也從關(guān)注產(chǎn)品本身逐步擴展到基于客戶驅(qū)動的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理模式。而對于眾多的企業(yè)而言如何合理并且充分的利用這些研究成果不僅僅是質(zhì)量體系的建立,更重要的是如何使其能夠和自己的實際情況相結(jié)合發(fā)揮各種管理理論和工具方法的最大效果。本文通過PC公司立式烘包機產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的質(zhì)量管理為背景,分析了現(xiàn)在公司的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程和質(zhì)量管理的方法,通過對現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的數(shù)據(jù)分析提出現(xiàn)在的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)質(zhì)量管理中存在的問題。再進一步與相關(guān)的質(zhì)量管理理論進行對比,提出了基于質(zhì)量功能展開QFD(Quality Function Deployment)和設(shè)計失效模式及影響分析dfmea(designfailuremodelandeffectsanalysis)模型的質(zhì)量控制方法。pc公司在開發(fā)前端由于缺少對于客戶需求的充分收集和分析因此設(shè)計出的產(chǎn)品缺乏針對性,對于客戶關(guān)注的質(zhì)量需求未給予足夠的重視,使最終的產(chǎn)品客戶滿意度較差。因此論文提出采用質(zhì)量功能展開的來改善以上問題,通過建立自己的qdf流程采用多種途徑來獲取客戶需求將其轉(zhuǎn)化為產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量特性,通過質(zhì)量規(guī)劃來分析產(chǎn)品的市場競爭性、設(shè)定產(chǎn)品賣點來獲取市場優(yōu)勢。再通過技術(shù)競爭能力評估來分析出影響客戶需求的重點質(zhì)量特性,采用設(shè)定合理的目標(biāo)值利用優(yōu)勢資源來重點滿足,使產(chǎn)品能夠在技術(shù)上取得領(lǐng)先,讓客戶體驗到高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品。在設(shè)計階段通過研究過去的產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)由于設(shè)計階段缺乏具有針對性的失效分析和測試,致使部分產(chǎn)品存在嚴(yán)重的質(zhì)量缺陷造成了客戶的投訴。所以引入了dfmea作為控制工具,建立新的設(shè)計控制流程,以建立可靠性方框圖為基礎(chǔ)來分析整個機器的部件、子系統(tǒng)和全系統(tǒng),通過對于各種可能出現(xiàn)的失效形式進行充分的評估并計算RPN(Risk Priority Number),對于高風(fēng)險的項目均采取相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施如修改設(shè)計、加強測試等。尤其對于在QFD中分析獲得的關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量特性給予高度關(guān)注,這些項目即使RPN數(shù)值在合理范圍內(nèi)我們?nèi)匀粚ζ渥隽诉M一步的改進和測試,使產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量進一步提高。在立式烘包機產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中應(yīng)用質(zhì)量功能展開和設(shè)計失效模式及影響分析雖然遇到一定的困難,因為新的流程和工具的引入增加了相關(guān)部門的工作量,但是由于得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層的大力支持仍然順利的完成了這款產(chǎn)品,在投入市場后得到了客戶的一致認(rèn)可,有力的扭轉(zhuǎn)了公司在市場上的競爭地位,甚至有海外客戶也來詢價和購買樣機。
[Abstract]:From the traditional quality management before the end of the nineteenth Century industrial revolution to the present Lean Six Sigma quality management, quality management has experienced a long course of development, and its scope has been gradually expanded from the product itself to the customer driven product quality management model. Using these research results is not only the establishment of the quality system, but also how to make it possible to combine the actual situation with its own situation to maximize the effect of various management theories and tools. This paper analyzes the current product development flow of the company through the quality management of the product development process of the vertical bake machine in PC company. The method of process and quality management, through the analysis of the data of existing products, put forward the existing problems in the quality management of product development, and then compared with the related quality management theory, and put forward the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) based on the quality function and the design failure mode and the impact analysis DFMEA (designfailuremo). Delandeffectsanalysis) the quality control method of the model.Pc company in the development front end due to the lack of full collection and analysis of customer needs, the design product is lack of pertinence, not enough attention is given to the quality needs of the customer, and the final product customer satisfaction is poor. Therefore, the paper proposes the use of quality work. In order to improve the above problems, we can use a variety of ways to obtain customer requirements by establishing their own qdf process to transform them into product quality characteristics, analyze the market competitiveness of products through quality planning, set product selling points to obtain market advantages, and then analyze the impact of customer needs through the evaluation of technical competitiveness. Key quality characteristics, using a reasonable target value to focus on the use of the advantage resources to make the product be able to take the lead in technology and let the customer experience high quality products. In the design phase, through the study of past product data, there is a lack of needle pair failure analysis and testing in the design phase, resulting in the existence of some products. DFMEA is introduced as a control tool to establish a new design control process, based on the establishment of a reliability block diagram to analyze the components, subsystems and whole systems of the whole machine, and to fully evaluate and calculate RPN (Risk Priorit) by various forms of failure. Y Number) take appropriate precautions for high risk projects, such as modifying the design, strengthening the test, and so on. Especially for the key quality characteristics obtained in the QFD, these projects further improve and test the quality of the project even if the RPN value is in a reasonable range, so that the quality of the product is further improved. The application of quality function expansion and design failure mode and impact analysis in the development process of vertical bake machine encountered certain difficulties, because the introduction of new processes and tools increased the workload of the relevant departments. However, because of the strong support from the leadership, the product was completed smoothly and after the market was put into the market. The unanimous recognition of customers has effectively reversed the company's competitive position in the market, and even overseas customers have come to inquire and buy prototypes.
