文章摘要：本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量分析的方法,選取我國(guó)工商管理領(lǐng)域31種代表性期刊于2004—2014年發(fā)表的論文作為研究樣本。一方面,通過(guò)對(duì)案例研究論文的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析呈現(xiàn)出我國(guó)案例研究的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;另一方面,通過(guò)對(duì)關(guān)鍵詞的共詞網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析識(shí)別案例研究的學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)、研究熱點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：1我國(guó)案例研究開(kāi)始注重在中國(guó)情境下通過(guò)單案例研究進(jìn)行管理理論構(gòu)建,案例研究規(guī)范度也在不斷提升;2我國(guó)案例研究的熱點(diǎn)集中于戰(zhàn)略管理、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、企業(yè)能力和知識(shí)管理等10個(gè)知識(shí)節(jié)點(diǎn);3案例研究未來(lái)發(fā)展方向?yàn)閼?zhàn)略管理、公司治理、企業(yè)資源、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和企業(yè)能力等10個(gè)知識(shí)節(jié)點(diǎn);4目前我國(guó)案例研究學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)主要是以戰(zhàn)略管理為中心形成的7大主要研究領(lǐng)域,分別是戰(zhàn)略管理、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、企業(yè)資源、公司治理、企業(yè)能力、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和知識(shí)管理。

Abstr：Adopting a literature metrology analysis method, this paper selects the business administration papers, published in 31 representative journals from 2004 to 2014 in China, as the research samples. On the one hand, it presents the status quoof business administration case study in China through statistical analysis. On the other hand, using the method of co-word network analysis, it identifies the discipline structure, focuses and development trend of case study. The results show that：（1）the domestic studies on business administration start to focus on the exploration of management theory establishment by single case study under Chinese context, and the standardization of case study is constantly improving;（2）ten knowledge nodes, including strategic management, social network, technology innovation, enterprise competence and knowledge management etc.. are the hot research areas;（3）ten knowledge nodes hold promise for future studies, including strategic management, corporate governance, enterprise resources, social network and enterprise competence, etc. ;（4）at present, centered around strategic management, domestic case study consists of 7 theme subnets, including strategic management, social network, enterprise resources, corporate governance, enterprise competence, technology innovation and knowledge management.
