【摘要】：企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)判對(duì)于現(xiàn)代企業(yè)監(jiān)管社會(huì)責(zé)任和防范社會(huì)責(zé)任缺失具有重要作用。本文通過(guò)R=P×C風(fēng)險(xiǎn)公式構(gòu)建了企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任風(fēng)險(xiǎn)衡量指標(biāo),并利用制造業(yè)企業(yè)上市公司的面板數(shù)據(jù)模型分析了企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效、企業(yè)資本績(jī)效的影響。分析發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)本期企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效存在顯著正影響,但對(duì)下期財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效存在顯著負(fù)影響,企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)本期和下期的企業(yè)資本績(jī)效均存在顯著負(fù)影響。根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,本文從企業(yè)、投資者和政府三個(gè)層次分別提出對(duì)策建議:企業(yè)要建立社會(huì)責(zé)任風(fēng)險(xiǎn)體系制度;投資者要深入認(rèn)識(shí)上市企業(yè),不能只因企業(yè)"業(yè)績(jī)向好"就投資;政府監(jiān)管部門要建立企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任缺失數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)督。
[Abstract]:Corporate social responsibility (CSR) risk prediction plays an important role in modern corporate supervision and prevention of social responsibility deficiency. This paper constructs the corporate social responsibility risk measurement index by RPXC risk formula. And using the panel data model of listed companies in manufacturing enterprises to analyze the impact of corporate social responsibility risk on corporate financial performance and corporate capital performance. Corporate social responsibility risk has a significant positive impact on the current financial performance, but has a significant negative impact on the next financial performance. Corporate social responsibility risk has a significant negative impact on corporate capital performance in the current and next periods. Three levels of investors and the government respectively put forward countermeasures and suggestions: enterprises should establish a system of social responsibility risk system; Investors should deeply understand the listed enterprises, not just because the enterprise "performance to the good" on the investment; The government supervisory department must establish the enterprise social responsibility missing database, the real-time monitoring superintendence.
