【摘要】:中國已經(jīng)成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展舉足輕重的影響因素,全球制造業(yè)競爭日益加劇,如何把專業(yè)“動力傳動技術(shù)”運(yùn)用到目前市場發(fā)展迅猛的中國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施行業(yè)中,對世界軸承制造企業(yè)來說,是機(jī)遇也是挑戰(zhàn)。面對中國國有企業(yè)的改革步伐的加快,軸承制造業(yè)如何通過適應(yīng)中國市場進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型,并建立合適的質(zhì)量管理發(fā)展策略,通過提供滿足市場需求的優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品來提升企業(yè)的市場競爭力,已經(jīng)越來越緊迫,越來越重要。建立符合企業(yè)自身發(fā)展特色的質(zhì)量管理體系才能保障企業(yè)能夠生產(chǎn)出滿足顧客不斷變化要求的產(chǎn)品,幫助企業(yè)有效地降低成本,縮短交貨周期。優(yōu)質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品,有競爭力的價格和交期是需要質(zhì)量管理體系進(jìn)行持續(xù)不斷地維護(hù)和改進(jìn)。充分、適宜和有效的質(zhì)量管理體系是企業(yè)競爭力的決定性因素。本文論述了質(zhì)量管理體系的概念、發(fā)展歷程和質(zhì)量管理體系改進(jìn)的思路和方法,重點(diǎn)分析了 IS09001:2015版質(zhì)量管理體系的先進(jìn)的思想和理念,從而論述了持續(xù)改進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理體系的必要性和重要性。通過對TMKWX公司的質(zhì)量管理體系運(yùn)行過程中存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用質(zhì)量管理體系的理論和思想結(jié)合各種質(zhì)量管理工具,如層別法、柏拉圖、魚刺圖和烏龜圖以及企業(yè)管理工具SWOT分析、PESTEL等,對其進(jìn)行原因分析,識別影響企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系的五大關(guān)鍵問題:全員對質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)識不夠,質(zhì)量體系符合率低,質(zhì)量體系與實際業(yè)務(wù)不符,內(nèi)部審核制度缺乏有效性和變更客戶要求的實現(xiàn)問題,進(jìn)而針對這些關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行解決方法的研究,設(shè)定質(zhì)量管理體系改進(jìn)的保障措施,并設(shè)定改進(jìn)的目標(biāo)和改進(jìn)后的效果評價方法。本文進(jìn)行以上的研究分析,目的是有效改進(jìn)TMKWX公司的質(zhì)量管理體系,提高公司的質(zhì)量管理水平,使TMKWX公司在不斷變化的環(huán)境中持續(xù)、快速、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,進(jìn)而不斷提升公司在行業(yè)內(nèi)的競爭力。同時,通過對TMKWX公司的質(zhì)量管理體系的研究,為進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理體系改進(jìn)和準(zhǔn)備ISO9001:2015版質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證的企業(yè)提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:Chinese has become important factors affecting the development of the world economy, the global manufacturing industry increasingly fierce competition, how to use the "power transmission technology" to the current market the rapid development of the China infrastructure industry, the world bearing manufacturing enterprises, is also facing challenges. The opportunity is the pace of reform of state-owned enterprises Chinese accelerate, how bearing the manufacturing industry by adapting to the market China transformation, and the establishment of appropriate quality management development strategy, through to meet the market demand for high-quality products to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, has become more urgent, more and more important. To establish their own development characteristics of the quality management system to ensure the enterprise to meet the production requirements of the customers changing products, help enterprises to effectively reduce the cost, shorten the delivery cycle. High quality products, competitive price and Delivery is the need of quality management system continuously maintenance and improvement. Sufficient, appropriate and effective quality management system is a decisive factor in the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper discusses the concept of the quality management system, the ideas and methods of development and improvement of the quality management system, analyzes the ideas and concepts of advanced IS09001:2015 quality management system, and discusses the importance and necessity of the continuous improvement of the quality management system. By analyzing the existing operation of TMKWX company's quality management system problems in the process of using quality management system theory and combined the idea of a variety of quality management tools, such as stratification, Platon, and the turtle diagram and fishbone diagram analysis, enterprise SWOT management tools such as PESTEL, analyzes its causes, identifying five key problems of enterprise quality management system: full quality management System understanding is not enough, the quality system compliance rate, quality system and the actual business does not match the internal audit system of the lack of realization effectiveness and changes in customer requirements, and Solution Research on these key problems, the safeguard measures set the improvement of the quality management system, and set the evaluation method of the improvement target and the improvement effect this paper studies the analysis above, to effectively improve the TMKWX company quality management system, improve the quality management level, the company continued to TMKWX, in a constantly changing environment of rapid and stable development, and constantly enhance the company's competitiveness in the industry. At the same time, through the Research of TMKWX company's quality management system, and provide reference for the improvement of the quality management system and prepare the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification.
