[Abstract]:Positive data show that in the first half of 2017, State Grid completed 234 billion investment in fixed assets, of which 226 billion yuan was invested in the power grid, an increase of 7.6 percent over the same period last year, and the reliability rate of urban power supply was close to 100 percent. Reached 99.954 points out in the Plan of Action for Construction and Transformation of Distribution Network 2015-2020 (hereinafter referred to as "Action Plan").
