【摘要】：本文從基本要素驅(qū)動能力、科技創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動能力、綠色發(fā)展驅(qū)動能力和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益驅(qū)動能力四個方面構(gòu)建中國制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動能力的評價體系,運(yùn)用改進(jìn)熵值法對中國制造業(yè)2009年到2014年的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動能力進(jìn)行評價,發(fā)現(xiàn)中國制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動能力在"十二五"期間不斷提升,但制造業(yè)仍然存在高學(xué)歷人才缺乏、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)設(shè)施落后、自主創(chuàng)新能力不足、環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重、管理水平低等問題。因此,中國制造業(yè)應(yīng)多渠道吸引人才,完善互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,積極建設(shè)研發(fā)中心,全面施行綠色改造升級。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs the evaluation system of Chinese manufacturing innovation driving ability from four aspects: the basic factor driving ability, the science and technology innovation driving ability, the green development driving ability and the economic benefit driving ability. Using the improved entropy method to evaluate the innovation driving ability of Chinese manufacturing industry from 2009 to 2014, it is found that the innovation driving ability of Chinese manufacturing industry has been continuously improved during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. However, there are still some problems in manufacturing industry, such as lack of qualified personnel, backward Internet facilities, insufficient independent innovation ability, serious environmental pollution, low management level, etc. Therefore, China's manufacturing industry should attract talents through many channels. Improve the Internet infrastructure, actively build research and development center, the overall implementation of green transformation and upgrading.
