【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、一體化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),信息行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展以及社會(huì)電氣化程度的提高,能源行業(yè)不僅面臨著電力體制改革的影響,更面臨新形勢(shì)、新任務(wù)的挑戰(zhàn)。如何快速響應(yīng)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境變化的集約型、一體化管理模式轉(zhuǎn)變,提高企業(yè)自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,成為企業(yè)管理的重點(diǎn)。能源企業(yè)加強(qiáng)營(yíng)銷管理也變得日趨重要,亟待利用信息化管理技術(shù)促進(jìn)能源銷售服務(wù)水平的提高和規(guī)范營(yíng)銷管理服務(wù)模式。建設(shè)營(yíng)銷自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)顯得尤為重要,在新的電力體制下將被賦予關(guān)鍵任務(wù)。新疆天富集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司是一家以電力、熱力生產(chǎn)及天然氣銷售為主體,發(fā)、供、調(diào)一體化的綜合性能源企業(yè)。公司為了建立起對(duì)電、熱、氣市場(chǎng)真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)的反應(yīng)和預(yù)測(cè)機(jī)制,向客戶提供便捷的服務(wù),充分掌握現(xiàn)有客戶的實(shí)際需求,精確挖掘出潛在的客戶群體,為新疆天富營(yíng)銷提供科學(xué)、可靠的依據(jù),并有效地提升企業(yè)的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,建立在以現(xiàn)代信息化技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的營(yíng)銷自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)便應(yīng)運(yùn)而生;跔I(yíng)銷自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和要求,本文通過(guò)采用信息技術(shù)整合現(xiàn)有電熱氣營(yíng)銷人、財(cái)、物和信息資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)電、熱、氣一體化的客戶服務(wù)平臺(tái),達(dá)到規(guī)范營(yíng)銷業(yè)務(wù)、便捷高效服務(wù)、高度共享信息、在線實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)督、全面決策分析的效果。使?fàn)I銷管理由粗放式向集約化、精細(xì)化管理模式轉(zhuǎn)變,全面提高營(yíng)銷管理的質(zhì)量和效率。采用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+綜合能源服務(wù),提供綜合能源核心服務(wù)和增值服務(wù),呈現(xiàn)新的綜合能源消費(fèi)模式發(fā)展前景,實(shí)現(xiàn)天富營(yíng)銷基礎(chǔ)管理水平整體跨越式提升。
