【摘要】：基于"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"驅(qū)動(dòng)軍民融合機(jī)理,深入軍民融合協(xié)同創(chuàng)新內(nèi)涵,探討智能生產(chǎn)與服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)條件下軍民融合創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)存在的性質(zhì)、特征及功能要素。將平臺(tái)體系劃分為國防經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)、軍民融合資源庫和智能生產(chǎn)與服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)四大模塊,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了軍民融合協(xié)同創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,并提出軍民融合成果轉(zhuǎn)化路徑,為軍民融合發(fā)展提供實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Based on the mechanism of military and civilian integration driven by the Internet, this paper discusses the nature of military and civil fusion innovation platform under the condition of intelligent production and service network. The platform system is divided into four modules: national defense economic system, social economic system, military and civil fusion resource base and intelligent production and service network system. On this basis, the cooperative innovation mechanism of civil-military integration is analyzed, and the transformation path of civil-military integration is put forward, which provides practical guidance for the development of civil-military integration.
