【摘要】：裝備制造企業(yè)是國家安全、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、社會繁榮的支柱,對社會穩(wěn)定起著重要作用。沈陽是東北地區(qū)最大的中心城市,沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)(包括沈陽、撫順、鐵嶺、阜新、鞍山、遼陽、營口八大城市)聚集大量裝備制造企業(yè),是重要的裝備制造業(yè)基地。因此,加快高端裝備制造企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。通過各創(chuàng)新理論的分析和優(yōu)勢比較發(fā)現(xiàn),協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,能夠加深創(chuàng)新主體之間資源和信息的整合,促進深度合作,產(chǎn)生1+1+13的效果,并較好的實現(xiàn)知識、創(chuàng)新成果的共享與轉化,其商業(yè)利益亦為最大化。沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)裝備制造企業(yè)具有較好的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展基礎,豐富的資源、豐富的教育資源及科研院所均有利于協(xié)同創(chuàng)新路徑的實現(xiàn),但仍舊存在產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整缺乏合理規(guī)劃、信息服務、研發(fā)投入、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出效率等方面仍存在一些問題。為了提升企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力、促進企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、構建企業(yè)創(chuàng)新管理路徑,本文根據(jù)沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)裝備制造企業(yè)實際發(fā)展狀況,以協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論為指導,從企業(yè)實際情況及自身特點出發(fā),提出了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新“三環(huán)節(jié)”過程,從創(chuàng)新內(nèi)外驅(qū)動因素、創(chuàng)新主體及其影響因素、以知識產(chǎn)權為核心的利益分配體制三個方面出發(fā),對該企業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新管理方法進行構建,建立一套完整的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新體系模型,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供一個新的思路。同時,以該理論為依據(jù),結合沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)裝備制造企業(yè)存在的問題,從平臺建設、人才培養(yǎng)和引進、利益分配機制四個方面對創(chuàng)新發(fā)展管理提出了建議。最后,將協(xié)同創(chuàng)新“三環(huán)節(jié)”過程應用于沈陽機床廠創(chuàng)新發(fā)展管理,并建議從協(xié)同創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動力的構建、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺的搭建及以知識產(chǎn)權為核心的利益分配的創(chuàng)建三個方面構建沈陽機床協(xié)同創(chuàng)新路徑。
[Abstract]:Equipment manufacturing enterprises are the pillars of national security, economic development and social prosperity, and play an important role in social stability. Shenyang is the largest central city in Northeast China, and Shenyang Economic Zone (including Shenyang, Fushun, Tieling). Fuxin, Anshan, Liaoyang, Yingkou eight cities) gathered a large number of equipment manufacturing enterprises, is an important equipment manufacturing base. It is of great strategic significance to accelerate the innovation development of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises. Through the analysis and comparison of various innovation theories, it is found that collaborative innovation can deepen the integration of resources and information among innovation subjects. Promote the deep cooperation, produce the effect of 1113, and better realize the sharing and transformation of the knowledge and innovation results. Shenyang economic zone equipment manufacturing enterprises have a good foundation of collaborative innovation and development, rich resources, rich educational resources and scientific research institutes are conducive to the realization of collaborative innovation path. However, there are still some problems in the adjustment of industrial structure, such as lack of rational planning, information service, R & D input, innovation and output efficiency. According to the actual development situation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Shenyang Economic Zone, this paper, guided by the theory of collaborative innovation, starts from the actual situation of enterprises and their own characteristics. This paper puts forward the "three links" process of collaborative innovation, starting from three aspects: the internal and external driving factors of innovation, the main body of innovation and its influencing factors, and the benefit distribution system with intellectual property as the core. The enterprise collaborative innovation management method is constructed, and a set of complete collaborative innovation system model is established, which provides a new idea for the enterprise innovation development. At the same time, based on the theory. Combined with the existing problems of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Shenyang Economic Zone, this paper puts forward suggestions on innovative development management from four aspects: platform construction, talent training and introduction, and benefit distribution mechanism. The "three links" process of collaborative innovation is applied to the innovation development management of Shenyang Machine tool Factory, and the construction of the driving force of collaborative innovation is suggested. The construction of collaborative innovation platform and the creation of benefit distribution with intellectual property as the core construct the collaborative innovation path of Shenyang machine tool.
