【摘要】：通過分析建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目各參與方合作關(guān)系質(zhì)量的影響因素,構(gòu)建BIM情境下工程項(xiàng)目參與方合作關(guān)系質(zhì)量提升影響因素表,對(duì)天津市某工程項(xiàng)目企業(yè)開展問卷調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析并構(gòu)建模糊認(rèn)知圖模型,利用因子分析對(duì)模型結(jié)果進(jìn)行修正。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),信息共享、成員能力和利益分配機(jī)制對(duì)合作關(guān)系的提升具有關(guān)鍵作用,而機(jī)會(huì)主義思想與傳統(tǒng)思維轉(zhuǎn)型是阻礙合作關(guān)系的主要因素。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the influencing factors of the quality of the cooperative relationship between the participants of the construction project, the paper constructs a table of the influencing factors of the quality improvement of the cooperative relationship of the project participants in the context of BIM. A questionnaire survey and statistical analysis were carried out to a project enterprise in Tianjin and a fuzzy cognitive map model was constructed. The results of the model were revised by factor analysis. The results showed that the information was shared. The mechanism of member ability and benefit distribution plays a key role in the promotion of cooperative relationship, and the transformation of opportunism and traditional thinking is the main factor that hinders the cooperative relationship.
