【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球一體化程度的加劇,各企業(yè)同類電子產(chǎn)品之間呈現(xiàn)出以下幾個(gè)特點(diǎn)：差異性的減少、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的激烈、利潤(rùn)空間的縮小,再加上市場(chǎng)需求逐漸趨于多樣化和個(gè)性化,所以為了適應(yīng)多變的市場(chǎng)需求則需要對(duì)生產(chǎn)制造系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行重新改善。因?yàn)榫嫔a(chǎn)方式是一種能夠降低資源浪費(fèi)、大量縮減生產(chǎn)成本的科學(xué)生產(chǎn)方式,而精益思想體系可以幫助企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)柔性、顧客滿意度、員工效率、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、存貨成本、交貨周期等方面獲得顯著性提高,而投入成本卻相對(duì)減少,非常適合于廣大加工制造型企業(yè),因而A公司決定對(duì)SM生產(chǎn)線施行精益生產(chǎn) 本文概要的介紹了課題選擇的背景和目的、精益生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)生、特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)越性,以及多種精益改善工具。根據(jù)A公司的實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀,從生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)出發(fā)來找出公司在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中存在的問題,說明公司推行精益生產(chǎn)的必要性和可行性；課題的研究以價(jià)值流程圖為切入口,根據(jù)SM生產(chǎn)線的現(xiàn)狀數(shù)據(jù),繪制出SM生產(chǎn)線當(dāng)前的價(jià)值流程圖,利用價(jià)值流程圖分析技術(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前活動(dòng)中的浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象后,然后通過設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)線平衡、建立看板拉動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和快速換模技術(shù),使得車間生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)一步精益化。 本文綜合運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)及工業(yè)工程等多種現(xiàn)代管理工具,對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行一系列改善發(fā)現(xiàn)：節(jié)約空間面積40平方米、節(jié)省生產(chǎn)線員工20人、縮短交貨期6.96天、提高機(jī)器OEE水平9%。 本課題對(duì)A公司SM生產(chǎn)線的研究,不僅對(duì)同類企業(yè)提供了參考依據(jù),對(duì)一般制造型企業(yè)精益生產(chǎn)方式的推行也有積極的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the aggravation of the degree of global economic integration, the similar electronic products of various enterprises show the following characteristics: the reduction of differences, the fierce competition, and the narrowing of profit space. In addition, the market demand tends to be diversified and individualized gradually, so in order to adapt to the changing market demand, we need to re-improve the manufacturing system, because lean production is a way to reduce the waste of resources. The scientific mode of production that greatly reduces the production cost, while the lean thought system can help enterprises in production flexibility, customer satisfaction, employee efficiency, product quality, inventory costs. The delivery cycle was significantly improved, while the input cost was relatively reduced, which was very suitable for the vast number of manufacturing enterprises, so company A decided to implement lean production on SM production line. This paper briefly introduces the background and purpose of the topic selection, the production, characteristics and advantages of lean production, as well as a variety of lean improvement tools. From the production system to find out the company in the actual production problems, explain the company to implement the necessity and feasibility of lean production; According to the current data of SM production line, the current value flow chart of SM production line is drawn. After using the value flow chart analysis technology to find out the waste phenomenon in the current activity, then through the design production line balance, establishes the Kanban pull system and the quick change mold technology, causes the workshop production line to be further lean. This article synthetically uses many modern management tools, such as lean production and industrial engineering, to make a series of improvements to the production site: saving the space area of 40 square meters and saving 20 employees of the production line. Shorten delivery time 6.96 days, improve machine OEE level 9. The research of SM production line in company A not only provides reference for similar enterprises, but also has a positive guiding effect on the implementation of lean production mode in general manufacturing enterprises.
