【摘要】：本文對T公司所投資的涂料項目進行研究,以業(yè)主方的角度,針對目前在項目成本控制方面遇到的問題,結合理論基礎進行分析,制定成本控制的優(yōu)化方案。為今后業(yè)主方在項目成本控制方面提供參考辦法,從而幫助企業(yè)切實控制住項目的成本,達到降低生產(chǎn)成本實現(xiàn)利潤最大化的戰(zhàn)略目的。研究重心主要集中在化工行業(yè)業(yè)主單位項目成本控制的方法上。論文中,先對項目成本控制的目標、概念、原則,執(zhí)行流程等相關概念進行闡述,以T公司涂料項目為研究對象,歸納出成本控制體系模板。對該公司涂料項目在設計、采購、施工這三個階段中成本控制的實際現(xiàn)狀進行分析,找出存在的不足之處。結合相關的理論基礎,制定出相應的優(yōu)化措施。最后以本人目前所參與的S項目為實例,對該優(yōu)化方案的有效性進行驗證。為業(yè)主方建立起真正切實有效的一套成本控制方案。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the coating project invested by T Company is studied. From the angle of owner, the paper analyzes the problem of project cost control in the light of the theoretical basis. Make the optimization plan of cost control. Provide the reference method for the owner in the project cost control in the future, so as to help the enterprise to control the cost of the project effectively. To achieve the strategic goal of reducing production costs to maximize profits. The focus of research is mainly focused on the chemical industry owners unit project cost control methods. In this paper, the project cost control objectives, concepts. Principle, execution process and other related concepts are described, T company paint project as the research object, summed up the cost control system template. The paint project in the design, procurement. The actual situation of cost control in the three stages of construction is analyzed to find out the shortcomings. Combined with the relevant theoretical basis. The corresponding optimization measures are worked out. Finally, the effectiveness of the optimization scheme is verified by taking the S project that I am participating in as an example, and a set of cost control scheme is established for the owner.
