【摘要】：太陽(yáng)能資源豐富、分布廣泛,是21世紀(jì)最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ目稍偕茉�。隨著全球能源短缺和環(huán)境污染等問(wèn)題日益突出,太陽(yáng)能光伏發(fā)電因其清潔、安全、便利、高效、可靠性高、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、不污染環(huán)境、能獨(dú)立發(fā)電又能并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行等特點(diǎn),已成為世界各國(guó)普遍關(guān)注和重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),各國(guó)都加緊了發(fā)展光伏的步伐。近年來(lái),國(guó)家能源局出臺(tái)了一系列政策鼓勵(lì)各類電力用戶、投資企業(yè)、專業(yè)化能源服務(wù)公司、個(gè)人等作為項(xiàng)目單位,投資建設(shè)和經(jīng)營(yíng)分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目。但傳統(tǒng)的融資方式存在渠道窄、資源整合能力弱、缺乏專業(yè)性指導(dǎo)、盲目投資建設(shè)等問(wèn)題,不能很好的完成光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的融資。鑒于此,我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)基于ThinkPHP框架的光伏項(xiàng)目融資系統(tǒng),以便降低光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目在融資過(guò)程和開(kāi)發(fā)階段的成本,有效減小投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),為解決我國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展融資難的問(wèn)題提出一種新思路,也為社會(huì)提供更加低碳、清潔、便利的新型綠色能源作出一份貢獻(xiàn)。論文主要工作如下:(1)通過(guò)分析光伏項(xiàng)目融資平臺(tái)上投資方、項(xiàng)目提供方、能源服務(wù)公司之間的合作流程,確定本系統(tǒng)的功能需求,并對(duì)各個(gè)功能模塊作出詳細(xì)分析。(2)創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)具體功能,完成基于ThinkPHP框架光伏項(xiàng)目融資系統(tǒng)。(3)編寫(xiě)測(cè)試用例,對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能和性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試。
[Abstract]:Solar energy resources are abundant, widely distributed, twenty-first Century is the most potential for development of renewable energy. With the global energy shortage and environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent, solar photovoltaic power generation because of its clean, safe, convenient, efficient, high reliability, long service life, no pollution to the environment, can the independent power and grid operation and other characteristics, has been become a new industry world wide attention and focus on the development of the countries have stepped up the pace of development of photovoltaic. In recent years, the National Energy Board issued a series of policies to encourage various types of power users, investment enterprises, professional Energy Service Companies, such as individual project units, investment in the construction and operation of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects. But the traditional way of financing there are narrow channels, resource integration ability is weak, the lack of professional guidance, the problem of blind investment and construction, do not perform well in photovoltaic power generation projects in financing. To this, we design and implement a ThinkPHP system based on PV project financing framework, in order to reduce the photovoltaic power generation projects in the financing process and development costs, reduce investment risk, put forward a new method to solve the development of China's photovoltaic industry financing difficult problem, also provide more low-carbon, clean society and make a contribution to the new green energy facilities. The main work is as follows: (1) through the analysis of the financing platform of PV project investment, project providers, Energy Service Companies cooperation process, determine the functional requirements of the system, and make a detailed analysis of each module. (2) to create the database, realization the function of system, complete the PV project financing system based on ThinkPHP framework. (3) write test cases, test the function and performance of the system.
