【摘要】：本文基于實際案例,分析了煤制油的制造成本、銷售費(fèi)用、管理費(fèi)用、稅費(fèi)成本和財務(wù)成本構(gòu)成,并核算了當(dāng)前條件下,煤制油的制造成本區(qū)間。結(jié)論是煤制油產(chǎn)業(yè)在國際油價高于50美元/桶時具有競爭力,且其成本具備下降空間。利用波特鉆石模型分析了煤制油產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力和發(fā)展前景,指出煤制油產(chǎn)業(yè)的成長期需要給予和常規(guī)油氣不同的稅收政策。
[Abstract]:Based on actual cases, this paper analyzes the composition of manufacturing cost, sales cost, management cost, tax cost and financial cost, and calculates the current conditions. The conclusion is that the coal oil industry is competitive when the international oil price is higher than $50 per barrel. Using Porter diamond model, the competitiveness and development prospect of coal oil industry are analyzed, and it is pointed out that the tax policy of coal oil production industry needs to be different from that of conventional oil and gas industry in its growing period.
