【摘要】:探討中國企業(yè),特別是科技型企業(yè)領導風格、組織情緒能力與組織創(chuàng)造力之間的作用機制是一個重要議題。以我國汽車制造相關企業(yè)為研究對象,通過實證調研發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)轉換型領導顯著影響組織情緒能力,組織公民行為在轉換型領導對組織情緒能力作用過程中扮演中介作色,集體主義導向在以上作用機制中起調節(jié)作用。同時,組織公民行為以組織情緒能力為中介,對組織創(chuàng)造力產(chǎn)生顯著影響。在創(chuàng)新驅動戰(zhàn)略下,對組織情緒能力前因變量及其如何影響組織創(chuàng)造力進行實證探討,將進一步深化對企業(yè)領導風格、組織情緒能力與組織創(chuàng)造力之間關系的理解,同時也為企業(yè)管理實踐提供重要參考。
[Abstract]:It is an important topic to explore the mechanism of leadership style, organizational emotional ability and organizational creativity in Chinese enterprises, especially in science and technology enterprises. Through empirical investigation, it is found that the organizational emotional ability is significantly affected by the enterprise transformational leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior plays an intermediary role in the process of the transformational leadership's action on the organizational emotional ability. Collectivist orientation plays a regulatory role in the above mechanisms. Meanwhile, organizational citizenship behavior, mediated by organizational emotional ability, has a significant impact on organizational creativity. Under the innovation-driven strategy, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant impact on organizational creativity. The empirical study on the pre-dependent variables of organizational emotional ability and how it affects organizational creativity will further deepen the understanding of the relationship among corporate leadership style, organizational emotional ability and organizational creativity. At the same time, it also provides an important reference for enterprise management practice.
