【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、國民生活水平的不斷改善和提高、信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展給國內(nèi)汽車市場環(huán)境帶來新一輪的巨變,同質(zhì)化產(chǎn)品競爭的日趨激烈,市場需求的日益多樣化,也致使客戶對價格、質(zhì)量、服務(wù)、外觀、內(nèi)飾、電子產(chǎn)品等因素的要求越來越高,都促使汽車企業(yè)管理進(jìn)行改革。但目前在企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境中,面對著部門之間,崗位之間的爭議、推諉、效率低下卻很司空見慣。能不能讓不同部門不同崗位的員工協(xié)作起來“做正確的事”,這其實(shí)就是組織結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)、業(yè)務(wù)流程和制度優(yōu)化最擅長解決的問題。而以信息技術(shù)為代表的新技術(shù)為催化劑,以客戶為中心,培育和優(yōu)化企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)、流程和制度,是解決企業(yè)管理的最佳組合�；诖�,本文結(jié)合DY公司自身的采購管理現(xiàn)狀,通過對國內(nèi)、國外相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料,進(jìn)行大量的查閱與研究后,在對采購管理理論詳盡闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,首先指出本公司采購管理存在的問題,其次則分析了產(chǎn)生問題的根本原因,并提出了適用于解決本企業(yè)采購管理問題的方式,既組織結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)、流程優(yōu)化、制度優(yōu)化和采購管理信息化。最后提出了解決的方案和實(shí)施與保障措施,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了解決本企業(yè)采購管理改善的真正目的。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization, the continuous improvement and improvement of the national living standard, the rapid development of information technology bring a new round of great changes to the domestic automobile market environment, and the competition of homogenized products is becoming increasingly fierce. With the increasing diversification of market demand, customers are demanding more and more factors such as price, quality, service, appearance, interior, electronic products and so on. But at present in the internal environment of the enterprise, facing the controversy between departments and posts, prevarication. Inefficiency is commonplace. Whether employees in different departments and positions can work together to "do the right thing" is in fact an improvement in the structure of the organization. Business process and system optimization is the best way to solve the problem. The new technology represented by information technology is the catalyst and the customer is the center to cultivate and optimize the organizational structure, process and system of the enterprise. Is the best combination to solve the enterprise management. Based on this, this paper combined with the DY company's own procurement management status, through the domestic and foreign literature, a large number of reference and research. On the basis of the detailed elaboration of the procurement management theory, this paper first points out the problems existing in the company's procurement management, and then analyzes the root causes of the problems. The paper also puts forward the way to solve the problem of purchasing management in the enterprise, which includes organizational structure improvement, process optimization, system optimization and procurement management information. Finally, the solution and implementation and safeguard measures are put forward. In order to achieve the real purpose of solving the enterprise procurement management improvement.
