【摘要】：當(dāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)在合適的條件下被正確地實施,它便能成為推進(jìn)工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的有效工具。從20世紀(jì)80年代開始,經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)就成為了中國從計劃經(jīng)濟(jì)走向市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的實驗場,代表著中國務(wù)實性和試驗性并重的改革發(fā)展路徑。其中一個具有代表性的成功例子是90年代初中國和新加坡共同合作開發(fā)的一個現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)——蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)。蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)的成功不僅體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟(jì)層面,更體現(xiàn)在城市建設(shè)和社會發(fā)展方面。其中一條重要的經(jīng)驗是,在一個疲軟的市場環(huán)境中,東道主國家的政府可以充分利用"他山之石"(即國外的專業(yè)技術(shù)知識以及合作伙伴關(guān)系),結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)貎?yōu)勢,通過建立一個整體優(yōu)化的營商體系,來成功打造產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)。旨在探討蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)的成功因素和重要經(jīng)驗,并同時為其他發(fā)展
[Abstract]:When the special economic zone is properly implemented under the right conditions, it can become an effective tool to advance the industrialization process. From 1980s onwards. The special economic zone has become China's experimental field from planned economy to market economy. It represents a path of reform and development that is both practical and experimental in China. One of the representative successful examples is Suzhou Industry, a modern industrial town jointly developed by China and Singapore in early 90s.
