【摘要】：“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的實施給福建出口貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)型升級提供了市場擴容、貿(mào)易環(huán)境改善、產(chǎn)品價值鏈優(yōu)化等發(fā)展契機。如何利用這些契機,推動福建的供給側(cè)改革,是解決福建發(fā)展問題的當務之急。為此,福建省必須重視傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),加大對教育經(jīng)費的投入,倡導創(chuàng)新,實現(xiàn)從價值鏈低端向高端攀升。從美國制造業(yè)回流入手,采用定量和定性分析方法,研究美國等發(fā)達國家的制造業(yè)回流對中國的影響,同時對福建省的三大產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進行實證分析,通過計量模型反映出人力資本、對外貿(mào)易依存度、科技研發(fā)水平以及對外資的利用情況等因素對福建產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的影響力,并從重視傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)、加大教育投入、增強企業(yè)創(chuàng)新力、延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈以及增加對外資吸引力等五方面對福建省產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級提出建議。
[Abstract]:"The implementation of The Belt and Road" strategy to Fujian export trade transformation provides market expansion, improve trade environment, product value chain optimization and upgrading development opportunity. How to use these opportunities to promote the supply side reform of Fujian is an urgent task to solve the problem of Fujian's development. Therefore, Fujian must pay more attention to the traditional industry, increase the investment in education, promote innovation, and rise from the low end of the value chain to the high end. Starting from the U.S. manufacturing reflux, using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, manufacturing of the United States and other developed countries on the China return, at the same time in Fujian Province, the three industrial structure empirical analysis, the econometric model reflects the human capital, the degree of dependence on foreign trade, science and technology development level and the utilization of foreign capital. The influence factors of the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of Fujian, and from the emphasis on traditional industries, increase investment in education, enhance innovation capacity, extend the industrial chain and increase the attraction to foreign capital in five aspects of Fujian Province, the transformation and upgrading of the industry proposal.
