【摘要】:生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)作為云南省的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,對于云南省的經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展至關(guān)重要,同時也是非常值得研究的議題。通過文獻梳理、相關(guān)書籍閱讀以及企業(yè)實地調(diào)研和座談,并結(jié)合復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)理論、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論以及開放式創(chuàng)新模式,本文分析了云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力系統(tǒng)的演化過程。本文描述了云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的形成和提高過程,并發(fā)現(xiàn)了云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力在提升的過程中所遇到的發(fā)展瓶頸和限制因素,這為本文構(gòu)建云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力系統(tǒng)提供了條件。通過分析,我們構(gòu)建了云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力系統(tǒng)的概念模型,并重點指出了全球競爭環(huán)境、國家創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)、國家科技部以及產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)庫對于云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力系統(tǒng)的運行的重要影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上本文指出了構(gòu)成云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力系統(tǒng)中分別以云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)開放式技術(shù)創(chuàng)新體系、云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新群體以及云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)聯(lián)盟和產(chǎn)業(yè)基地為核心節(jié)點的三個基本機制。進一步地,我們依據(jù)三個基本機制構(gòu)建了云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力系統(tǒng)的受限生成過程,并用轉(zhuǎn)換函數(shù)的形式描述了該系統(tǒng)的運行周期和運行機制。然后,我們根據(jù)三個基本機制選取了云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力系統(tǒng)的適應(yīng)度函數(shù)評價指標(biāo),并通過指標(biāo)的選取構(gòu)建了該系統(tǒng)的遺傳算法模型。最后,本文借助MATLAB軟件平臺對云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力系統(tǒng)的遺傳算法模型進行了模擬和仿真研究,并通過所得結(jié)果提出了云南生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)提高和完善技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的基本路徑及對策。
[Abstract]:As one of the pillar industries of Yunnan Province, the biopharmaceutical industry is very important to the economic and social development of Yunnan Province, and it is also a topic worthy of study. Based on literature review, related book reading and field research and discussion, combined with complex adaptive system theory, technological innovation theory and open innovation mode, this paper analyzes the evolution process of technological innovation capability system of Yunnan bio pharmaceutical industry. This paper describes the formation of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry technology innovation ability and improve process, and find the bottleneck of the development and limitation of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry technology innovation ability encountered in the ascension process factors, which provides conditions for innovation system of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry technology is constructed in this paper. Through the analysis, we construct a conceptual model of technology innovation system of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry, and points out the important effect of the global competition environment, national innovation system, the State Ministry of science and technology and industrial technology base for Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry technology innovation system operation, this paper points out three basic mechanisms in the innovation system, open technology of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry innovation group and Yunnan bio pharmaceutical industry technology alliance and industry base as the core node of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry technology innovation system. Further, based on three basic mechanisms, we constructed the limited generation process of the technological innovation capability system of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry, and described the operation cycle and operation mechanism of the system in the form of transformation function. Then we selected the evaluation index of fitness function of Yunnan bio pharmaceutical industry based on three basic mechanisms, and constructed the genetic algorithm model of the system through index selection. Finally, this paper makes simulation and simulation model by genetic algorithm MATLAB software platform of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry technology innovation system, and through the results put forward Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry and improve the basic path and Countermeasures to improve the technological innovation ability.
