【摘要】：在施瓦布看來,第四次工業(yè)革命已經(jīng)開始。它的特征在于,更加精深的數(shù)字技術(shù);物理、數(shù)字和生物領(lǐng)域融合的趨勢;引發(fā)各國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)系統(tǒng)性變革的力量。從唯物史觀的角度看,第四次工業(yè)革命的文化意義在于,它推動(dòng)世界觀的變革;推動(dòng)新價(jià)值觀和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維方式的形成。資本邏輯是當(dāng)今占統(tǒng)治地位的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系,它支配著第四次工業(yè)革命創(chuàng)新的方向、內(nèi)容和形式,它對文化的決定性影響和數(shù)字化時(shí)代本身的特質(zhì)構(gòu)成第四次工業(yè)革命的文化影響之界限。應(yīng)對第四次工業(yè)革命的文化影響之對策在于,自覺提高對它的全面、客觀、辯證的認(rèn)識(shí);調(diào)整文化體制機(jī)制的政策和文化制度安排;營造鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新和寬容失敗的文化土壤和社會(huì)環(huán)境;充分發(fā)揮教育的創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)功能。
[Abstract]:In Schwab's view, the fourth industrial revolution has begun. It is characterized by a more intensive digital technology; the trend of integration in the physical, digital and biological fields; the power of the economic and social transformation of countries. From the perspective of historical materialism, the cultural significance of the fourth industrial revolution is that it promotes the transformation of the world outlook, and promotes the formation of new values and the way of thinking in the Internet. Capital logic is the dominant production relationship nowadays. It governs the direction, content and form of the fourth industrial revolution's innovation. Its decisive influence on culture and the characteristics of the digitalized era constitute the boundary of the fourth industrial revolution's cultural influence. Is the strategy of culture to deal with the impact of the fourth industrial revolution, consciously improve its comprehensive, objective, dialectical understanding; arrangement culture system policy and cultural system; create to encourage innovation and tolerance of failure culture and social environment; give full play to the cultivation of innovative talents education teaching function.
