【摘要】：2000年以來我國汽車行業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,汽車銷量連遞增,同時也帶動了汽車金融行業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大。但近年來隨著資本市場的波動與行業(yè)激烈的競爭,汽車金融行業(yè)也面臨這極大的風(fēng)險。汽車金融第三方檢驗作為一個汽車金融行業(yè)內(nèi)風(fēng)險控制的一個手段也因此出現(xiàn)。國內(nèi)各個第三方檢驗公司也抓住機(jī)遇,把汽車金融第三方檢驗作為新的業(yè)務(wù)增長領(lǐng)域,紛紛與汽車金融公司簽訂檢驗合同。BV公司作為世界知名的第三方檢驗公司,在檢驗、認(rèn)證行業(yè)內(nèi)處于領(lǐng)先地位。憑借著強(qiáng)大的實力、優(yōu)良的、豐富的經(jīng)驗和廣泛的知名度成為目前國內(nèi)汽車金融第三方檢驗業(yè)務(wù)量最大的公司。但由于業(yè)務(wù)剛剛起步,積累的經(jīng)驗與數(shù)據(jù)不足,公司的存在檢驗效率低、檢驗質(zhì)量不佳,檢驗成本過高的問題,也影響了公司在業(yè)務(wù)上的競爭力和業(yè)務(wù)拓展。為了應(yīng)對日益激烈額競爭和挑戰(zhàn),BV公司汽車金融第三方檢驗業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化迫在眉睫。本文以BV公司汽車金融第三方檢驗業(yè)務(wù)流程為對象,結(jié)合汽車金融第三方檢驗業(yè)務(wù)的特點和要求,運(yùn)用流程圖、工作研究、作業(yè)測定等方法進(jìn)行分析,使用"ECRS"原則進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,建立"QQTC"模型對改善后的流程應(yīng)用進(jìn)行評價,提高BV公司汽車金融第三方檢驗的效率和檢驗質(zhì)量,降低了成本,提升了客戶滿意度,改善現(xiàn)有局面,增強(qiáng)市場競爭力,以期業(yè)務(wù)快速成長。
[Abstract]:Since 2000, the automobile industry in China has developed rapidly, and the car sales increase steadily. At the same time, it also promotes the development and expansion of the auto finance industry. However, in recent years, with the fluctuation of the capital market and the fierce competition in the industry, the automobile financial industry is also facing this great risk. As a means of risk control in automobile financial industry, the third party inspection of auto finance has emerged. The third party inspection companies in China also seize the opportunity to take the third party inspection of automobile finance as a new field of business growth, and sign contracts with auto finance companies. BV company, as the world's well-known third party inspection company, is in the leading position in the inspection and certification industry. With strong strength, excellent, rich experience and extensive popularity, the third party inspection business is the largest company in domestic auto finance. However, due to the initial business and accumulated experience and data, the company's low inspection efficiency, poor inspection quality and high inspection cost also affect the competitiveness and business expansion of the company. In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition and challenge, the optimization of the third party inspection business process of BV auto finance is imminent. The automobile financial company third BV inspection process as the object, combined with the characteristics and requirements of the automobile finance third party inspection service, using the flow chart, method of work study, work measurement were analyzed, using the "ECRS" principle of optimization, to establish "QQTC" model to evaluate the application of the improved process, improve the automobile financial company third BV test efficiency and test quality, reduce the cost, improve customer satisfaction, improve the existing situation, enhance market competitiveness, the rapid growth in business.
