【摘要】：鐵合金作為鋼鐵制造業(yè)的一種關(guān)鍵性的原材料,不管是對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,還是對(duì)人民生活來(lái)講,都必不可少。進(jìn)入本世紀(jì)以來(lái),鐵合金工業(yè)迎來(lái)新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,特別是2008年和2009年,發(fā)展成效最為顯著。但是,隨著資源與能源供給日益緊張,鐵合金行業(yè)的內(nèi)外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境更加復(fù)雜多變,鐵合金企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,加速發(fā)展日趨困難。在國(guó)內(nèi)鐵合金產(chǎn)業(yè)布局不合理、產(chǎn)能?chē)?yán)重過(guò)剩的嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)下,鐵合金企業(yè)面臨著戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的挑戰(zhàn),而走節(jié)能、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開(kāi)放、共享的可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路,將成為鐵合金企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的主要方向。所以,研究中小鐵合金企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,這一課題不但迫切,而且切實(shí),同時(shí)具有深遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在這一背景下,筆者以甘肅省文縣明輝硅業(yè)集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,基于企業(yè)的發(fā)展實(shí)際,對(duì)其身處激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,如何借助自身努力,找到新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,設(shè)立科學(xué)合理的轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略這一課題進(jìn)行研究并予以闡述。本文先界定了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的定義,對(duì)其基本的特征進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié),對(duì)相關(guān)的理論予以了回顧;緊接著以這些理論為依據(jù)和指導(dǎo),透徹地分析了甘肅省文縣明輝硅業(yè)集團(tuán)當(dāng)前生存的外部環(huán)境,特別是鐵合金這一行業(yè)的整體環(huán)境。接下來(lái)研究甘肅省文縣明輝硅業(yè)集團(tuán)的內(nèi)部環(huán)境,結(jié)合企業(yè)宗旨、使命、目標(biāo)以及企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)中存在的問(wèn)題與發(fā)展中面臨的瓶頸,運(yùn)用SWOT矩陣分析法,做好戰(zhàn)略匹配工作,對(duì)明輝硅業(yè)在當(dāng)前發(fā)展中所具備的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)、存在的發(fā)展劣勢(shì)、面臨的發(fā)展威脅、潛存的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)予以總結(jié)歸納。最后選擇定量戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃矩陣(QSPM)分析法為本文的核心工具,進(jìn)而得出適合甘肅省文縣明輝硅業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略選擇,并制定了明輝硅業(yè)的整體性的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及具體的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施措施。最后是結(jié)論與展望。本文的研究不僅具有一定的實(shí)踐價(jià)值,也能為國(guó)內(nèi)其他中小型鐵合金企業(yè)提供一定的決策參考。
[Abstract]:As a key raw material for iron and steel manufacturing, ferroalloys are essential to the development of the national economy and to the people's life. Since the beginning of this century, the ferroalloy industry has welcomed new opportunities for development, especially in 2008 and 2009, and the development results are most remarkable. However, with the increasingly tense supply of resources and energy, the internal and external competitive environment of ferroalloy industry is more and more complex. In the grim situation of ferroalloy industry in the domestic layout is not reasonable, serious excess capacity, ferroalloy enterprises are facing challenges and strategic transformation, energy saving, coordination, go green, open, sharing the road of sustainable development, will become the main direction of ferroalloy enterprise strategic transformation. Therefore, it is not only urgent and practical, but also has far-reaching practical significance to study the transformation and development strategy of small and medium iron alloy enterprises. In this context, the author takes Gansu province Wenxian Minghui silicon industry group as the research object, based on the actual development of the enterprise, in the fierce market competition environment, how to use their own efforts to find new opportunities for development, to study the establishment of this subject transformation strategy is scientific and reasonable and elaborated. This paper first defines the definition of corporate strategy, the basic characteristics are analyzed and summarized. The related theoretical review; then based on these theories and guidance, thorough analysis of Gansu Province, Wenxian Minghui silicon industry group the survival of the external environment, especially the overall environment of the industry of iron alloy the. The research of Gansu province Wenxian Minghui silicon industry group's internal environment, combined with the enterprise tenet, facing the problems and development of the mission, goals and business of the bottlenecks in the application of SWOT matrix analysis, do the strategic matching work of Minghui silicon industry in the development of the development advantages and existing development facing the development of weaknesses, threats, potential development opportunities will be summarized. Finally, select the quantitative strategic plan matrix (QSPM) analysis method as the core tool of this paper, and then get the transformation strategy selection suitable for the development of Wenxian Minghui silicon industry group in Gansu Province, and formulate the overall strategic objectives and specific implementation measures of Minghui silicon industry. Finally, it is the conclusion and the prospect. The study of this paper not only has a certain practical value, but also provides a certain decision reference for other small and medium sized iron alloy enterprises in China.
