【摘要】：當(dāng)前,中國(guó)汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展極為迅速,隨著消費(fèi)者對(duì)整車的要求越來越高,汽車已經(jīng)不單單停留在“代步工具”上。其安全性、舒適性、動(dòng)力性以及美觀性也進(jìn)入了廣大消費(fèi)者要求的范圍內(nèi)。汽車零部件作為汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的根基,是促使整個(gè)汽車行業(yè)向上發(fā)展的必要條件。汽車零部件生產(chǎn)廠只有不斷的提高管理水平、加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控,才能使自身的產(chǎn)品能更好的滿足汽車生產(chǎn)廠和消費(fèi)者的需求。本文立足于一汽富晟長(zhǎng)泰公司在寶來A、B、C上柱護(hù)板不合格品質(zhì)量管理方面存在的主要問題,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外汽車行業(yè)的先進(jìn)管理方式和方法,對(duì)過程中易出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,對(duì)公司現(xiàn)行的質(zhì)量管理體系的有效性進(jìn)行診斷,找出問題存在的原因,優(yōu)化公司的質(zhì)量管理體系;對(duì)寶來A、B、C上柱護(hù)板在過程中和在客戶處產(chǎn)生不合格品的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集,傳遞,加工和整理,以此總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),制定相關(guān)的指導(dǎo)性文件,并鼓勵(lì)全員參與質(zhì)量管理,從而優(yōu)化流程,降低公司內(nèi)部不合格品的比率,并降低成本;建立有效的考核制度方案,對(duì)不良品在生產(chǎn)過程中、操作過程中、包裝過程中、存儲(chǔ)過程中以及客戶處易出現(xiàn)的問題持續(xù)改進(jìn)、糾正預(yù)防,建立系統(tǒng)的分析問題及解決問題的方法;通過建立服務(wù)控程序、顧客滿意度控制程序,并結(jié)合快速反應(yīng)機(jī)制,提高解決問題的效率,從而提升顧客滿意度。分析問題及解決問題需要大量的數(shù)據(jù)資源為支撐,本文以2015年寶來A、B、C上柱護(hù)板的不合格比率為基礎(chǔ),通過質(zhì)量管理體系優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計(jì),建立并實(shí)施了一系列的質(zhì)量控制程序、質(zhì)量保證及質(zhì)量改進(jìn)活動(dòng)。通過驗(yàn)證,改進(jìn)后的方案在一汽富晟長(zhǎng)泰公司應(yīng)用的效果較為明顯,有效的提升了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在質(zhì)量管理中的作用,激發(fā)了全員參與質(zhì)量管理的熱情,降低了寶來A、B、C上柱護(hù)板的不合格品的比率,提高了產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)定性,降低了成本,同時(shí)減少了顧客抱怨。同時(shí),交改進(jìn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié),為公司后續(xù)的發(fā)展提供了有效的建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of China's automobile industry is very rapid, with the increasing demand of consumers for the whole vehicle, the car has not only stayed on the "step tool". Its safety, comfort, power and beauty have also entered the range of consumers' requirements. As the foundation of the development of the automobile industry, auto parts and components are the necessary conditions to promote the development of the whole automobile industry. Only by constantly improving management level and strengthening quality control can auto parts manufacturers better meet the needs of automobile manufacturers and consumers. Based on the main problems in FAW Fusheng company in Changtai, A B, C Bora existing column guard plate nonconforming product quality management, advanced management mode and method of automobile industry at home and abroad, carries on the statistical analysis to the problems in the process of diagnosis on the effectiveness of the company's current quality management system, find out the reasons of the problems, optimize the company's quality management system; transfer to A, B, C on the Polaris column guard plate at the customer in the process and the occurrence of unqualified products, data collection, processing and finishing, to sum up experience, to develop guidance documents, and to encourage the full participation in quality management, to optimize the process, reduce the ratio of internal nonconforming product, and reduce costs; the establishment of evaluation system for effective solutions of defective products in the production process, operation process, packaging process, storage process Easy and customer problem of continuous improvement, corrective and preventive, analysis system and method to solve the problem; through the establishment of customer satisfaction service control program, control program, and combined with the rapid reaction mechanism, improve the efficiency of solving the problem, so as to enhance customer satisfaction. To solve the problem and requires a large amount of data resources to support the analysis of the problem, this paper is based on the 2015 A, B, Bora C column guard plate unqualified ratio, through the optimization design of quality management system, the establishment and implementation of quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement activities. Through the verification, the effect of the improved scheme in the FAW Changtai Fusheng company applications is obvious, effectively enhance the leadership role in quality management, to stimulate the enthusiasm of full participation in quality management, reduce the rate of unqualified products, A, B, C on the Polaris column guard plate, provided with high stability products at the same time, reduce the cost, reduce customer complaints. At the same time, the improvement of the experience is summarized to provide effective suggestions for the future development of the company.
