中小企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)托管雙邊匹配的模糊多目標(biāo)決策方法

【摘要】:中小企業(yè)由于缺乏規(guī)模、資金以及人才,導(dǎo)致知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理不善,知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)托管服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)可以幫助中小企業(yè)解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題,但托管主體雙方如何選擇滿(mǎn)意的合作方式成為一個(gè)難題.文中以知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)托管主體雙方滿(mǎn)意度最大為目標(biāo),以托管雙方對(duì)彼此做出的評(píng)價(jià)信息為依據(jù),構(gòu)建了解決該雙邊匹配問(wèn)題的模糊多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型.通過(guò)一系列規(guī)范化公式,將其轉(zhuǎn)化為單目標(biāo)線(xiàn)性決策模型,并進(jìn)行求解,找出最優(yōu)匹配結(jié)果.文中通過(guò)實(shí)例表明該方法的可行性.
[Abstract]:Due to the lack of scale, capital and talents, the intellectual property management of small and medium-sized enterprises leads to mismanagement of intellectual property rights. Intellectual property hosting services can help small and medium-sized enterprises solve this problem, but how to choose a satisfactory way of cooperation between the trustees has become a difficult problem. In this paper, a fuzzy multi-objective optimization model is constructed to solve the bilateral matching problem based on the maximum satisfaction of both sides of intellectual property rights trustees and the evaluation information made by the trustees to each other. Through a series of standardized formulas, it is transformed into a single objective linear decision model, and solved, and the optimal matching results are found out. An example is given to show the feasibility of the method.
