【摘要】：知識產權在大學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)中起著重要作用,但在大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐中還存在由于知識產權常識的缺乏而使大學生喪失獲得知識產權的機會、知識產權權屬糾紛影響大學生參與發(fā)明創(chuàng)造的積極性、知識產權轉化率低影響大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率等問題。為此,高校應通過有效途徑促進大學生知識產權的產生,提高大學生運用知識產權法律制度保護創(chuàng)新成果的意識,提高大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率。
[Abstract]:Intellectual property rights play an important role in college students' entrepreneurship, but in the practice of college students' entrepreneurship, there are still some problems, such as the lack of intellectual property knowledge makes college students lose the opportunity to obtain intellectual property rights, the dispute of intellectual property rights affects the enthusiasm of college students to participate in invention and creation, and the low conversion rate of intellectual property rights affects the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship. Therefore, colleges and universities should promote the emergence of college students' intellectual property rights through effective ways, improve the awareness of college students using intellectual property legal system to protect innovative achievements, and improve the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship.
