【摘要】：知識產(chǎn)權(quán)在大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)中起著重要作用,但在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐中還存在由于知識產(chǎn)權(quán)常識的缺乏而使大學(xué)生喪失獲得知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的機(jī)會、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)權(quán)屬糾紛影響大學(xué)生參與發(fā)明創(chuàng)造的積極性、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)化率低影響大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率等問題。為此,高校應(yīng)通過有效途徑促進(jìn)大學(xué)生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的產(chǎn)生,提高大學(xué)生運(yùn)用知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法律制度保護(hù)創(chuàng)新成果的意識,提高大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率。
[Abstract]:Intellectual property rights play an important role in college students' entrepreneurship, but in the practice of college students' entrepreneurship, there are still some problems, such as the lack of intellectual property knowledge makes college students lose the opportunity to obtain intellectual property rights, the dispute of intellectual property rights affects the enthusiasm of college students to participate in invention and creation, and the low conversion rate of intellectual property rights affects the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship. Therefore, colleges and universities should promote the emergence of college students' intellectual property rights through effective ways, improve the awareness of college students using intellectual property legal system to protect innovative achievements, and improve the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship.
