組織創(chuàng)新氛圍對(duì)企業(yè)專(zhuān)利創(chuàng)造能力的作用機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:自國(guó)家實(shí)施知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略以來(lái),對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的研究開(kāi)始從傳統(tǒng)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)轉(zhuǎn)向知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)能力。研究企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)能力有利于企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)制度的建設(shè),有利于促進(jìn)企業(yè)管理創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整。企業(yè)運(yùn)用知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)能力水平的高低決定著企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的強(qiáng)弱。企業(yè)專(zhuān)利能力是知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)能力的延伸與拓展,主要包括專(zhuān)利創(chuàng)造、運(yùn)用、管理和保護(hù)等四個(gè)方面的能力,是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng),有多層次、多結(jié)構(gòu)等特征;诮(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)本身的研究方法及數(shù)據(jù)的可獲得性,學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的研究大部分集中于專(zhuān)利之上,所以本文主要研究企業(yè)專(zhuān)利創(chuàng)造能力。目前對(duì)于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)能力的研究,多數(shù)集中于探討知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)能力與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力及核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)系,對(duì)產(chǎn)權(quán)能力影響因素的研究并不多見(jiàn),且著重關(guān)注企業(yè)內(nèi)部影響因素的研究甚少。本文研究專(zhuān)利能力的影響因素,突出研究組織的內(nèi)部影響因素,是研究的創(chuàng)新之處,有一定的理論價(jià)值。在實(shí)際工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中可以發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)很多企業(yè)在硬件基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的投入相當(dāng)之大,如資金、設(shè)備、場(chǎng)地等,但企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新績(jī)效及專(zhuān)利能力并未得到提升。這種現(xiàn)象的根本原因在于組織缺乏積極向上的創(chuàng)新氛圍,無(wú)法提供良好的創(chuàng)新“軟環(huán)境”?梢(jiàn),研究組織創(chuàng)新氛圍對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力及企業(yè)效益的影響,有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)際意義。本研究主要研究企業(yè)專(zhuān)利創(chuàng)造能力的內(nèi)部影響因素,著重研究組織創(chuàng)新氛圍如何影響企業(yè)專(zhuān)利創(chuàng)造能力。本文首先梳理回顧組織創(chuàng)新氛圍、組織學(xué)習(xí)能力及專(zhuān)利創(chuàng)造能力的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),做好研究的理論鋪墊,并對(duì)有關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),推導(dǎo)出本研究的假設(shè)與模型;同時(shí)將進(jìn)一步分析總結(jié)相關(guān)學(xué)者的研究,并結(jié)合本研究的需求,提煉出本研究的問(wèn)卷量表;此外,對(duì)收集的問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行科學(xué)的統(tǒng)計(jì)處理,以驗(yàn)證研究假設(shè)與模型;最后,在實(shí)證統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的結(jié)果上,得到了本研究的研究結(jié)論,且提出了對(duì)企業(yè)培育專(zhuān)利創(chuàng)造能力的建議,并就本文的研究不足之處以及未來(lái)的研究方向提出了相應(yīng)的建議。依據(jù)實(shí)證統(tǒng)計(jì)處理,在對(duì)比研究假設(shè)與模型的基礎(chǔ)上,本文做出了如下結(jié)論:一、組織創(chuàng)新氛圍對(duì)企業(yè)專(zhuān)利創(chuàng)造能力有直接作用影響。二、組織學(xué)習(xí)能力在組織創(chuàng)新氛圍對(duì)企業(yè)專(zhuān)利創(chuàng)造能力之間起完全中介作用。三、企業(yè)規(guī)模在組織創(chuàng)新氛圍對(duì)專(zhuān)利創(chuàng)造能力的調(diào)節(jié)作用不成立。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the national intellectual property strategy, the research on intellectual property has changed from traditional intellectual property protection to intellectual property capability. The research on the intellectual property ability of enterprises is beneficial to the construction of modern enterprise system and to the innovation of enterprise management and the adjustment of property rights structure. The level of the enterprise's ability to use intellectual property determines the strength of the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Patent capability is the extension and expansion of intellectual property right capability, which mainly includes the ability of patent creation, application, management and protection. It is a complex system with multi-level and multi-structure characteristics. Based on the research methods of economics and the availability of data, the research on intellectual property rights is mostly focused on patents, so this paper mainly studies the patent creation ability of enterprises. At present, most of the researches on intellectual property capacity focus on the relationship between intellectual property capability and innovation ability and core competence of enterprises, but few studies on the influencing factors of property right capability are found. And there are few researches focusing on the internal influencing factors of enterprises. This paper studies the influencing factors of patent ability, highlighting the internal influencing factors of the organization, is the innovation of the research, and has certain theoretical value. In the actual industrial production, it can be found that many enterprises in our country invest a lot in hardware infrastructure, such as capital, equipment, site and so on. However, the innovation performance and patent ability of enterprises have not been improved. The root cause of this phenomenon is that the organization lacks a positive innovation atmosphere and can not provide a good "soft environment" for innovation. It can be seen that it is of great practical significance to study the influence of organizational innovation atmosphere on enterprise innovation ability and enterprise benefit. This research mainly studies the internal influencing factors of the patent creation ability of enterprises, and focuses on how the organizational innovation atmosphere affects the patent creation ability of the enterprise. Firstly, this paper reviews the relevant research literature on organizational innovation atmosphere, organizational learning ability and patent creation ability, makes a good theoretical preparation for the research, and summarizes the relevant literature, and deduces the hypotheses and models of this study. At the same time, the related scholars' research will be further analyzed and summarized, and combined with the needs of this study, the questionnaire of this study will be refined; in addition, the collected questionnaires will be processed scientifically to verify the hypothesis and model of the research; Finally, on the results of empirical statistical analysis, we get the research conclusions of this study, and put forward some suggestions on how to cultivate the patent creation ability of enterprises, and put forward the corresponding suggestions on the deficiency of this research and the future research direction. According to the empirical statistical processing, based on the comparative study of assumptions and models, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, the organizational innovation atmosphere has a direct impact on the patent creation ability of enterprises. Second, organizational learning ability plays a complete intermediary role between organizational innovation atmosphere and patent creation ability. Thirdly, the regulating effect of enterprise scale on patent creation ability is not established in the atmosphere of organizational innovation.
