基于ARM與FPGA的并條機(jī)自調(diào)勻整控制系統(tǒng)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:并條是提高與改進(jìn)紡紗質(zhì)量的最后一道工序,對(duì)棉條的質(zhì)量有決定性作用,因此高性能的并條機(jī)在紡織工業(yè)中占有重要的地位。雖然國(guó)內(nèi)紡織業(yè)近年來(lái)發(fā)展迅速,但中高檔并條機(jī)還是進(jìn)口國(guó)外的整機(jī)設(shè)備或控制器,研制出具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的高性能并條機(jī),依然是當(dāng)前紡織機(jī)械行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵任務(wù)。 本文主要論述了基于ARM+FPGA架構(gòu)的自調(diào)勻整控制系統(tǒng),包括了自調(diào)勻整的原理、系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)的軟硬件實(shí)現(xiàn)以及系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試及生產(chǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)。 本文首先從牽伸結(jié)構(gòu)和控制原理的角度,詳細(xì)論述了羅拉牽伸理論以及自調(diào)勻整的基本原理。在闡述完原理之后,本文接著分析了該控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)需求,然后根據(jù)需求提出了ARM+FPGA的系統(tǒng)解決方案,并詳細(xì)闡述了控制系統(tǒng)的總體構(gòu)架?刂葡到y(tǒng)主要由硬件電路和軟件程序組成,在系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)明了之后,,本文開(kāi)始詳細(xì)闡述系統(tǒng)的軟硬件功能及實(shí)現(xiàn),這也是本文工作的重點(diǎn)。首先描述了硬件電路板的結(jié)構(gòu),接著詳細(xì)講述了FPGA的各個(gè)模塊的功能、結(jié)構(gòu)及實(shí)現(xiàn),最后結(jié)合流程圖闡述了基于ARM的系統(tǒng)軟件及算法實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本文所述自調(diào)勻整控制系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)安裝在D101L并條機(jī)上,并開(kāi)機(jī)試運(yùn)行了較長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間。實(shí)際生產(chǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,該控制系統(tǒng)的勻整效果理想,能顯著改善并棉質(zhì)量,而且系統(tǒng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性良好,能很好滿足實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需求。
[Abstract]:Drawing is the last process to improve and improve the spinning quality, which plays a decisive role in the quality of cotton sliver. Therefore, the high performance drawing frame plays an important role in the textile industry. Although the domestic textile industry has been developing rapidly in recent years, the medium and high grade drawing machines are still imported from foreign countries as a whole equipment or controller, and a high-performance drawing machine with independent intellectual property rights has been developed. Is still the textile machinery industry transformation and upgrading of the key task. This paper mainly discusses the autoleveller control system based on ARM FPGA architecture, including the principle of autoleveller, the whole structure of the system, the software and hardware realization of the system, the debugging of the system and the production experiment. In this paper, the drawing theory and the basic principle of autoleveling are discussed in detail from the angle of drafting structure and control principle. After explaining the principle, this paper then analyzes the design requirements of the control system, then puts forward the system solution of ARM FPGA according to the requirement, and expounds the overall structure of the control system in detail. The control system is mainly composed of hardware circuit and software program. After the system structure is clear, this paper begins to elaborate the software and hardware functions of the system and its implementation, which is also the focus of this paper. Firstly, the structure of hardware circuit board is described, then the function, structure and realization of each module of FPGA are described in detail. Finally, the realization of system software and algorithm based on ARM is described in combination with flow chart. The autoleveller control system described in this paper has been installed on the D101L drawing frame and has been put into operation for a long time. The actual production experiments show that the control system has ideal leveling effect and can improve the quality of cotton significantly. Moreover, the system has a good stability for a long time and can meet the actual production requirements well.
