【摘要】：改革開放以來，中國的畜牧業(yè)獲得了巨大的發(fā)展，作為分支之一的獸藥行業(yè)也隨著我國畜牧業(yè)的發(fā)展而得以迅速發(fā)展起來，尤其是20世紀后期以及本世紀初，獸藥行業(yè)進入了快速發(fā)展的黃金時期。但時至今日，隨著獸藥企業(yè)的大量興起以及國內(nèi)獸藥市場對國外企業(yè)的開放，，我國的獸藥企業(yè)正在經(jīng)歷越來越殘酷的競爭。如何把握機遇，尋找自身的缺點并加以彌補，提高自己的市場競爭力是當前國內(nèi)獸藥企業(yè)必要面對的問題。本文選取濰坊市的獸藥企業(yè)為對象就企業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的一些問題展開問卷調(diào)查，通過對回收問卷的整理和分析，找出目前存在于濰坊地區(qū)獸藥企業(yè)發(fā)展中所遇到的問題，并提出了一些對策措施，希望可以為國內(nèi)獸藥企業(yè)發(fā)展提供參考。 本文調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示，濰坊地區(qū)獸藥企業(yè)存在科研經(jīng)費的投入上與總銷售收入相比比例偏低，部分企業(yè)在管理上水平較低，對公司的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略和技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略認識較為模糊，戰(zhàn)略的選擇上缺乏對自身的清醒認知，企業(yè)人才流動比較頻繁，很多企業(yè)難以留住人才，公司的創(chuàng)新能力不夠等一系列問題。隨后本文針對這些問題提出了相應(yīng)的措施或者建議，包括品牌建立、銷售模式改進、優(yōu)秀隊伍建設(shè)、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護等等，對濰坊市獸藥企業(yè)在今后如何發(fā)展具有一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the animal husbandry in China has been greatly developed. The veterinary medicine industry, as one of the branches, has also developed rapidly with the development of animal husbandry in China, especially in the late 20th century and the beginning of this century. Veterinary medicine industry has entered a golden period of rapid development. But today, with the rise of veterinary drug enterprises and the opening of domestic veterinary drug market to foreign enterprises, Chinese veterinary drug enterprises are experiencing more and more cruel competition. How to grasp the opportunity, find its own shortcomings and make up for them, and improve its market competitiveness are the problems that must be faced by domestic veterinary medicine enterprises at present. This paper selects the veterinary medicine enterprises in Weifang as the object to carry out a questionnaire survey on some problems existing in the development of the enterprises, and through sorting out and analyzing the recovery questionnaires, finds out the problems encountered in the development of the veterinary drug enterprises in Weifang. Some countermeasures are put forward in order to provide reference for the development of domestic veterinary drug enterprises. The results of the investigation show that the proportion of investment of scientific research funds in Weifang veterinary medicine enterprises is low compared with the total sales income, and some enterprises have lower level of management, and they have a vague understanding of the technology innovation strategy and technology strategy of the company. In the choice of strategy, there is a lack of sobering cognition of oneself, the enterprise talents flow frequently, many enterprises are difficult to retain talents, the company's innovation ability is not enough and a series of problems. Then this paper puts forward the corresponding measures or suggestions for these problems, including brand building, sales model improvement, excellent team building, intellectual property protection and so on. Weifang veterinary drug enterprises in the future development has certain guiding significance.
