漢信碼二值化和定位算法研究

【摘要】:作為我國第一個具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的二維碼碼制,漢信碼的研制對提高我國條碼技術(shù)應(yīng)用水平、擴展二維碼技術(shù)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域起到至關(guān)重要的促進作用.因此,對漢信碼技術(shù)的研究有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義.對于一幅漢信碼圖片,有時會出現(xiàn)光照不均、碼圖傾斜或者畸變等情況,為了將上述現(xiàn)象對譯碼的影響降到最低,需要在譯碼前對漢信碼圖片進行預(yù)處理工作.本課題在深入分析漢信碼結(jié)構(gòu)、編解碼原則的基礎(chǔ)上,對漢信碼預(yù)處理技術(shù)中的的二值化處理以及定位做了較為細致的研究,主要工作包括以下幾個方面: 首先回顧了漢信碼的碼制標準,編解碼原則,以及RS糾錯算法的理論及其在漢信碼譯碼中的應(yīng)用. 在漢信碼二值化處理方面,在簡單綜述了全局閾值法(Otsu法,全局最優(yōu)閾值迭代法等)以及局部閾值法(Bernsen法等)的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了針對手機攝像頭采集的漢信碼圖像進行二值化處理的算法.首先我們進行了大量的實驗,基于對這些實驗結(jié)果的詳細分析,提出了改進的分塊自適應(yīng)閾值法和改進的Bernsen算法,有效克服了局部閾值法的局限性,降低了算法復(fù)雜度.相較于改進前的算法,本文在處理光照不均的漢信碼圖像時取得了十分明顯的效果. 在漢信碼定位方面,我們充分運用各種數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù),通過對采集的漢信碼圖像進行腐蝕、金字塔處理、二值化、查找輪廓、凸四邊形輪廓逼近等一系列處理完成對漢信碼的準確定位.我們提出的算法可以成功定位出擁有多個漢信碼符號的圖像以及手機攝像頭采集的圖像.這些圖像允許具有一定的傾斜角度,從而保證了定位算法的魯棒性. 同時,我們也對增值稅發(fā)票上的漢信碼圖像的定位進行了研究,通過計算圖像旋轉(zhuǎn)角度,圖像校正,切割并提取碼圖等步驟成功實現(xiàn)了發(fā)票漢信碼的定位,為發(fā)票漢信碼的識別奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ).
[Abstract]:As the first QR code system with independent intellectual property rights in China, the development of Hanshin Code plays an important role in improving the application level of barcode technology and expanding the application field of QR code technology in China. Therefore, the research of Chinese letter code technology has important practical significance. In order to minimize the influence of the above phenomena on the decoding of a Chinese-coded picture, it is necessary to preprocess the picture before decoding, such as uneven illumination, skew or distortion of the code map, and so on. On the basis of deeply analyzing the structure and the principle of coding and decoding, this paper makes a detailed study on the binarization and positioning of the preprocessing technology. The main work includes the following aspects: firstly, the code system standard, encoding and decoding principles, the theory of RS error correction algorithm and its application in the decoding of Chinese letter codes are reviewed. In the aspect of binarization of Hanshin code, the global threshold method (Otsu method, global optimal threshold iterative method, etc.) and the local threshold method (Bernsen method, etc.) are briefly summarized. An algorithm for binary processing of Hanshin image collected by mobile phone camera is presented. Firstly, we do a lot of experiments. Based on the detailed analysis of these experimental results, an improved block adaptive threshold method and an improved Bernsen algorithm are proposed, which overcomes the limitations of the local threshold method and reduces the complexity of the algorithm. Compared with the improved algorithm, this paper has achieved a very obvious effect in the processing of unevenly illuminated Hanshin code images. In the aspect of Hanshin code location, we make full use of all kinds of digital image processing techniques, by corrupting, pyramid processing, binarization, searching contours, Convex quadrilateral contour approximation and a series of processing to complete the accurate location of Hanshin code. The proposed algorithm can successfully locate images with multiple symbols and images captured by mobile phone cameras. These images are allowed to have a certain tilt angle, thus ensuring the robustness of the localization algorithm. At the same time, we also study the location of the Chinese letter code image on the VAT invoice. By calculating the rotation angle of the image, correcting the image, cutting and extracting the code map, we have successfully realized the location of the invoice Chinese letter code. It lays a good foundation for the recognition of invoice code.
