制麥企業(yè)碳足跡及能源消費評價

【摘要】:人類工業(yè)化“高生產(chǎn)、高消耗”的傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展模式實現(xiàn)了國民生產(chǎn)總值的迅速增長,而以化石能源、電能、水能等為代表的傳統(tǒng)能源消耗問題也隨之產(chǎn)生。針對這些問題,人們進一步提出了“從搖籃到墳墓”的生命周期概念并已應用于建筑、材料、食品、廢棄物管理等領域。企業(yè)可通過對生產(chǎn)全過程的數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查更好地建立生產(chǎn)與能源消耗及環(huán)境壓力之間的關系,從而進一步分析評價關于能源消耗的環(huán)境影響。制麥企業(yè)在搞好自身生產(chǎn)的同時也須了解自身生產(chǎn)過程的碳足跡情況,這對于節(jié)能減排,提高企業(yè)形象與核心競爭力來說具有重要意義。 基于碳足跡評估理論,采用全生命周期法,以中糧麥芽(大連)有限公司為案例,對其制麥生產(chǎn)碳足跡進行分析和評價。結果表明,中糧麥芽(大連)有限公司在節(jié)能減排中需重點集中于直接排放中的鍋爐燃煤排放部分;同時,大麥進廠運輸過程中所造成的碳排放也是不容忽視的;此外,廢棄物處理、脫硫置換與燃煤運輸所產(chǎn)生的碳足跡則很小,可忽略不計。制麥生產(chǎn)對環(huán)境的潛在影響大小依次為全球變暖、酸化、工業(yè)煙塵、富營養(yǎng)化;各子系統(tǒng)對環(huán)境的潛在影響大小依次為排潮干燥、發(fā)芽、浸麥;排潮干燥對煤和電力的消耗均較大;該廠對淡水資源消耗則較小。 此外,本文對國內(nèi)首個具有自主知識產(chǎn)權的LCA軟件eBalance(測評版)的工作方式進行了研究,并結合制麥子系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)狀況對eBalance的各過程進行介紹。
[Abstract]:The traditional development mode of "high production and high consumption" of human industrialization has realized the rapid growth of gross national product (GNP), and the problem of traditional energy consumption, such as fossil energy, electric energy, water energy, etc. To solve these problems, the concept of "cradle to grave" life cycle has been put forward and applied to the fields of construction, materials, food, waste management and so on. Enterprises can better establish the relationship between production, energy consumption and environmental pressure through the data survey of the whole process of production, so as to further analyze and evaluate the environmental impact of energy consumption. It is important for the enterprises to realize the carbon footprint of their own production process, to save energy and reduce emissions, to improve their image and core competitiveness. Based on the theory of carbon footprint assessment, this paper analyzes and evaluates the carbon footprint of grain production by using the whole life cycle method and taking Cofang malt (Dalian) Co., Ltd as a case study. The results show that Cofco malt (Dalian) Co., Ltd. should focus on the coal-fired emission from boiler in its direct emission reduction. At the same time, the carbon emissions caused by barley entering and transporting are not to be ignored; in addition, The carbon footprint generated by waste disposal, desulfurization replacement and coal-burning transportation is small and negligible. The potential effects of wheat production on environment are global warming, acidification, industrial soot and eutrophication, and the potential effects of each subsystem on environment are draining, drying, germination and wheat soaking. The consumption of coal and electricity by draught drying is greater than that of fresh water resources by this plant. In addition, this paper studies the working mode of the first LCA software eBalance (Evaluation Edition) with independent intellectual property rights in China, and introduces the processes of eBalance in combination with the production situation of wheat production system.
